Threads disappearing....odd message on screen

So I posted on 2 threads about a Russian video and Operation Highjump and now both are gone and I get this message that says I don't have access to that forum to view. Were they deleted because he was a known troll or ? Error below:

The threads were removed as they violated the Terms & Conditions.

The error you receive is because those threads are moved to a staff only forum.
