My money is on NATO/US striking with Chemical weapons, blaming the Syrian Government and then 'intervening'.

That is the ONLY way they can get worldwide support for boots on the ground in Syria.

Russia and China vetoed the most recent sanctions. It'll be 9/11 in Syria.

So your link is basically claiming that the opposition will stage a chemical false-flag, blaming it on the regime around February 14.

We have to wait and see what developes because thsi is all fraught with claims and counterclaims all mostly Bs...

This would not surprise me one little bit.

I think the Russians have caught wind of this and the fact they are having their government people in damascus will be for two reasons -

1) They will bear witness to the fact that Assad did not give this order as claimed by the West when it happens.

2) It will be justification for Russian to enter Syria to get their policitians back and protect Damascus.

The West will spin this against Russia as Putin supporting the Syrian regime in killing its own people.

What suprises me is the mention of France being involved. In my books that makes them a direct target for retaliation.
