Maybe the Iranian leadership is as many suspect?
They don't have a grip on reality.

Just an observation is all.

Iran just has PressTV , and TPTB has the whole NEWS industry.

And you want PressTV to be like what your daily media sources are doing ?

PressTV and the "Western" media may be one in the same.

All the M$M seems to be driving their respective "audiences" in the same directions.

The whole agenda is fearmongering for profit.

It's a classic Hegelian Dialectic.

Both sides have money.

A military coup d'état is brewing.

That's a pretty fair assessment.
Meanwhile somebody someplace might actually take it seriously someday and start a real war.

Eh?

And THAT my friend is the problem.

We may not be dealing with rational and normal people on either side !!

I hope some rouges don't get twitchy fingers.

Worse yet, what if a simulation test get hacked and goes live !!

I've stopped asking myself that.
For me it's a fact.

Yet, one side is warmongering and the other is justified.

I used to be doubtful, but war with Iran seems inevitable.

It's a fear turning into a living nightmare and it should stop now.

But contrary to assertions that the chief threat was to Iran's near-neighbour, Israel's Minister for Strategic Affairs, Moshe Yaalon, said the missile project was ''aimed at America, not us''.

Mr Yaalon made the claim at a public policy conference in Herzliya, north of Tel Aviv. He said the missile being built at an Iranian research facility that was damaged by a mysterious explosion in November was a long-range missile prototype with a range of 9600 kilometres, enough to reach the US.

New fears over Iran's missile capability

The Intentions of the Ayatollah and his fiery speech, coincide with this, and your Link.

That is the reason the West, and all surrounding neighbors, should be concerned.

Whatever we say here is irrelevant..

We are going to do nothing and let the assholes on all sides lead us into a war that none of us want

Sad but true

You know , I live in Iran.

Israel has been practicing turn the other cheek
for far to long. The constant rocket barrage
being shot over the border by Iranian fed Hamas soldiers,
the constant suicide bombs going off inside there country.
the constant threats from there hateful neighbors who are ever
growing in closer around them should of been enough!!
Now Iran will soon learn it can not keep bullying around there
middle eastern neighbors. Israel could and should of taken care
of this a long time ago. Iran will get there wish. It will be sad
to see the civilians killed. I suggest hunkering down
in a bomb shelter, or underground basement
and have some survival gear ready.

America has been practicing turn the other way
for far to long, and holding Israel back.
A nuclear Iran, is not except-able.
No more nukes need to be had in the middle east.
They are to immature to handle nuclear bombs..
Iran is trying to build a nuclear bomb, anyone believing
it is just for power and electricity is being very naive.
They have more then enough uranium for a power plant.
Now what they are dealing with is only needed if they were
building a weapon.

, because picking fight on some backward people is quite easy.

If my neighbor plays LOUD music and annoys the #### out of me and i call him and tell him i won't tolerate this any longer, and the neighbor tells me "SCREW YOU!!!", continuing to play his music even LOUDER and in addition starts to deploy "gang members" in front of the house while telling me "i wont stop playing music as loud as i want to, come over here and do something about it, but first you need to deal with ma gang members..."

WHO THE FRACK is "picking the fight?"

Funny that Iran is in the same position, behaving like a little child whose ego has gotten a little too big, and funny also that Iran was given any chance for deescalation but UNTIL NOW did the opposite, just got louder and threatening even more.

It was Iran not complying to the sanctions (which are NOT a miltary action!) and it was Iran deploying and STILL deploying military as response to the sanctions.

But keep believing in your tales how the west is picking fights....just keep believing...lol

If, in the future, Iran is leveled and thousands of people will die (on your side as well as on ours)....it's blood on your leader's hand which caused the dead - simply because of your pride and ego that you want a Nuke and that you think its more important to threat others with military actions, instead of DIPLOMACY and MAYBE realize you don't need a stinking nuke AT ALL and your inability to get down from your pride. Do you really need a fricking Nuke and this is the reason you risk total destruction of your country? How "smart" is your leader actually?

Just read through the thread , and all bases it seems were touched.

Going to throw up a scenario, another set of eyes. Back in the Wild West days, of cowboys and indians,

If a Fort was about to be attacked, and they were outnumbered, they would put empty head gear, rifle barrels sticking through portholes and make a lot of noise, to give the Impression that they were stronger than they actually were.
It would force the Indians to rethink their attack, thus making an advantage, out of a disadvantage.

Just a thought to makes sense of the OP

Well, all I can say is if a war develops - and nukes are used.

The world as we know it will forever be changed.

, the problem for the Israelis is that this is all fantasy. If Israel attacks, then there will be attacks against Jewish people and organisations around the world, as well as against Israel. There would also likely be attacks against US military targets in the region at the least. Some kind of general war would massively destabilise a volatile region. What's worse, Iran would instantly withdraw from the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty citing what would be in such circumstances justified national security concerns, and would then be free to go hell-for-leather for the bomb with no legal constraints. Everything in the situation would be much worse.

And what would NATO do? Certainly not join the attacks, but would US nuclear facilities in Turkey be a target for Iranian retaliation? It is possible. What then of the Alliance's Article V defence guarantee? Would NATO be forced to go to war alongside the US and Israel? Such a situation doesn't really bear thinking about. Russia and china come to mind..

The superbowl is a zionist plot to confuse Englishmen (sorry guys, we dont get it) into signing a treaty to fire David Beckham into Iran which is fine by us..

However it does my heart good to hear that English patriots are doing you a favour by fighting giants from New york.. Perhaps these New York Nephalim are Iranian agents??

Thank God you have English patriots protecting you!
