Well this ain't good.

RUSSIAN NUCLEAR RESEARCH CENTRE ON FIRE IN MOSCOW
A junction box is on fire at the Institute of Nuclear Research in Moscow which hosts a non-operational reactor built 60 years ago. The news was reported by an emergency systems operator who emphasized that no one had been hurt and there is no risk of radioactive leaks.

Good that nobody has been hurt and no radioactive leaks... let's hope it's true for the no radioactive leak part.

Sort of depends upon what the junction box controls-could just be an electrical fault that made the lights go out,or maybe Vasily has let some bad dudes into the rod storage vault for a free for all..
