Thanks for the reply! Just one more question. During the relaxation portion of the session, would using something like an alcoholic drink (not getting wasted, just to take the edge off) beforehand help or hinder the relaxing phase and/or the RV session in general?

No idea. I would assume getting buzzed would be an unnecessary distraction, but you never know.
