That list has Germany one rank lower than Iran.
Any bets here on who would win between the two?
www.globalfirepower.com...

How come Vietnam is not on that list? 58,000 American servicemen were killed in the Vietnam War. And 550 U.S. airmen were held as prisoners-of-war.

Seriously the Afghans have gotten wise to Pakistan's ISI game and have watched for 10 years the Taliban blow up school girls trying to get an education etc. The majority of Afghans want the West out but they don't want the Taliban back even more. If and when we leave it will return to civil war with even higher civilian casualties etc.

But that's what will make you happy eh?

No, but then again the boogyman who does live under my bed is not giving speeches calling for wiping Israel off the map nor is he building a nuclear program capable of allowing nuclear bombs to be produced.

Iran warns world of coming great event

“In light of the realization of the divine promise by almighty God, the Zionists and the Great Satan (America) will soon be defeated,” Ayatollah Khamenei, the Iranian supreme leader, is warning.

Khamenei, speaking to hundreds of youths from more than 70 countries attending a world conference on the Arab Spring just days ago, told a cheering crowd in Tehran that “Allah’s promises will be delivered and Islam will be victorious.”

How about he stops with the rhetoric, and let the inspectors into their "HIDDEN" not so secret Nuclear installations,to see for themselves ? That would be a great first step. A second one, would be to give up control of his country to the Iranians who don't want war? Your a Pacifist, you should totally be in agreement with that......

He wouldn't need to say anything had his country complied with their obligations. He wouldn't need to say anything if he and Ahmadabad weren't constantly calling for an end to Israel. He wouldn't need to say anything had they not threatened to shut down the straights of hormuz.

He doesn't have the worlds largest military knocking on his door.

China has the worlds largest military,

ATS thread - Iran denies nuclear inspectors access to nuclear site

You have some proof to back that up?

I do.

While the inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency, who returned to Vienna after a three-day mission in Tehran, said nothing substantive about their trip and are planning to return to Iran later this month, diplomats briefed on the trip said that Iranian officials had not answered the questions raised in an incriminating report issued by the agency in November.

Nuclear inspectors’ visit to Iran is deemed a failure

Or should we just take the Ayatollahs own words as proof......

When Inspectors say it was a great trip, they are fooling themselves,as they were fooled with North Korea.
