With all the political hot topics about Iran and nukes, it seems at least some people are keeping cultural things in mind.

50 artworks by 12 prominent Pakistani artists are on display in Tehran, Iran.

The exhibition displays 50 artworks by 12 prominent Pakistani artists.

The event has been co-organized by the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) and the Embassy of Pakistan in Tehran.

The opening ceremony of the exhibition, held on February 3, 2012, was attended by Pakistan's ambassador to Tehran, ECI director and several Pakistani and Iranian artists.

The ECO Cultural Institute (ECI) has mounted an exhibition of paintings and miniatures by contemporary Pakistani artists in the Iranian capital of Tehran.
