Can it be any clearer than this? This is not a real individual!

Let's see if you are worth your salt. Can we collate the number of clear
indications that these are generated photographs, and put to bed the fact the Breivik is nothing
but a 100% computer generated individual, perhaps created with a program similar to this one.
