We all are tasked with being . . . as George Kelly articulated with his role construct theory . . . little scientists.

We go forth each day . . . or at least hopefully become conscious each day . . . and hypothesize about what we perceive.
We make predictions based on what we perceive and our hypotheses.
We know from Kelly's work that those with narrow rigid construct systems do not predict very well and therefore, do not perform optimally nor are
their life experiences the most successful and fulfilling.
We also know from his work that those with 'totally' flexible, permeable as a sieve construct systems really do not predict very well and probably
have even less optimum life experiences that are less successful and less fulfilling.
Optimum functioning and fulfillment occurs out of construct systems which are firm but not narrow, rigid and brittle. They have a solid foundation, a
solid basic structure but room for adjustment; for sponteneity; creativity and new perspectives on reality.
I have yet to read a naysayer clammoring for, !DEMANDING! proofs in triplicate
which did NOT come across as a very prissy, narrow, rigid, brittle sort of person with a similar construct system.
That's rather sad.
SOME healthy skepticism is usually warranted.
Chronic, fierce, narrow, rigid skepticism most likely correlates with a narrow, brittle, rigid construct system.
Not good.
Our current state in this era is one of enormous complexity.

It is this same machine which chose Obama as a youth; reared him carefully with Marxist values; groomed him under the corrupt Chicago political
umbrella; sanitized his birth and other history at great cost (yes Perkins Coie received on the order of $2,000,000 documented payments to fight such
in court--look it up); shoehorned him through Ivy League schools; hid his school records; etc. etc. etc. all to install him as the selected Destroyer
in Chief to finish shredding the economy of the planet as well as the U.S. Constitution etc. etc. etc.
And, now they are working in concert with their installed club of Judges to insure that he is not thrown out prematurely.
This is all fairly elementary.
Is there enough evidence to convict in a fair court. Probably 5-10 times over enough.
However, it won't happen. They will insure that.
I've heard today that Newt is supposedly going to go 3rd party. Ahhhhhhhhh the Ross Perot gambit. Sounds like they have decided to insure that the
Destroyer in Chief stays in another term.
However, if, as also seems somewhat clear . . . they trigger WW3 before the SElection . . . that could be very interesting. What would they do with a
Presidential SElection amidst China and Russia attacking; martial law; devastation shore to shore . . . We may well see.
Anyway . . . I think the SElections are an utter farce and have been for many decades.
Nevertheless, the idea that Obama is any kind of constructive leader of the Republic of the USA is . . . hideously absurd hyperbole of the worst
order. As time will tell.
The evidence is lying around in the open all over the place. However, it takes eyes to see and ears to hear to realize and digest it.
The Judge this thread is about is merely playing his assigned role. His own history has evidently been sanitized even more than Obama's. Convenient.
