That's a lot of "bitter wifes'" I think there is a deeper underlying symptom here than just being bitter.

JcPenney is still open? They have always had a horrible selection of clothing..I thought they went belly up..Oh well..This is stupid..people are stupid and close minded..that's all.

I don't really get why people dislike gay people? I mean who cares who she has sex with or falls in love with?

Youre right, Ellen has every right to be gay. At the same time these women have every right to say these things. It's called the 1st ammendment. Why does it bother you so much? It's not like their trying to convert your children.

It takes all kinds to make the world go round! Shame on them. People really miss opportunities connecting and learning really interesting people when they live such scared narrow minded lives.

These are the stereotypical shoppers at JCP. I hate, Hate, HATE this commercial, but look how stupid the people they're marketing to are!

The problem with equality is that both sides of a disagreement are allowed to voice their views. While I don't really care if Ms. Degeneres is the spokesperson or not, I do find it ironic that after so many protests for "gay rights" and "gay marriage", this protest is denigrated by those who have used protests to advance their agendas.

If someone disagrees with this demonstration, feel free to counter it by patronizing JC Penney.

I make no allegations as to who is 'right' or who is 'wrong' in this... as mentioned, I don't really care as I rarely even drive by JC Penneys. I only point out the inconsistency. If one group gets to freely protest, the other group gets to freely protest as well.

P.S.: I realize I am about to be flamed for this statement, but I would rather be burnt to a crisp by the flames of anger while standing for equality than remain safe, quietly hiding in silence, while I watch inequality being touted by those who cry for equality.

You know I always say that if we all work together to fight for what’s right --- we can change the world! And praise thee Jesus these women gots it goin’ on! “You go girls!” is what I say!

Sure the world’s gone to #. Protesters are getting assaulted by the police. Our politicians and bankers have stolen our parent’s (and children’s) savings. Grandma won’t be getting a new hip in this lifetime.

But it’s good to know that at least a million of the women out there have their priorities straight! I can’t speak for anyone else of course, but who better to dictate what goes on in my bedroom then some bigoted bible thumper who shops at J.C. Penny? In fact, I think it’s kinda kinky.

Imagine...inside every gay or bisexual bedroom, sits 1 million pudgy soccer moms angrily (and let’s be honest --- a little bi-curiously) watching a couple of guys or girls make out.

Nope... JCPenny is alive and growing in the midwest, and I live in Phoenix and JC Penny does well here too...

A great place to shop with good clothing... nothing particulary trendy is true... but lots of people don't need little alligators on their shirts... lol

There are far more pressing matters for people to worry about than Ellen Degeneres being a spokesperson for JC Penny....and no...people shouldn't have a problem with it either.
