I don't believe Iran will use sucide bombers, but It was a tatic used by Hezbollah during the 1980's.
No telling if it is still considered a useful tatic by them or not.
But is is still a weapon that can be employed.
An attack on Iran may quickly spread to Syria, and Lebanon.
This is a speculation of what if Iran went on an offensive.
That includes encouraging it's allies in the region to attack.
Remember Assad in Syria probably feels backed into a corner also.
While the initial phase may be conventional it will quickly devolve into a non conventional warfare mess.

Nobody seems to be asking if the U.S. Or Israel strikes Iran what happens then?
I doubt there will be any kind of ground invasion but how does Iran respond?
It won't be just nuclear facilities that will be targeted.
most of it's conventional forces will be taken out at the same time.
