Wow!! I think I just peed my pants

The Blaze brings you the SSK industries .950 JDJ. It’s the biggest centerfire rifle ever made.

With a 2400 grain bullet, propelled by 240 grains of powder, the JDJ is comparable to a World War I-era tank round or a 20mm cannon in terms of kinetic energy.

Estimates are that one of these rounds would easily pass through several human targets– even if each were equipped with full body armor.

At $40 per round, we should all be shooting these

My personal favorite...

It's not always the size of the rifle or the round...

Watch this baby in action :-)

They look like 'Ron Jeremy' bullets.

I'd like to see what effect that caliber round has on targets.

What rifle is that?
Every single one of those guys were blown away by the recoil!

Why on Earth would anyone want to shoot a gun like that?
Besides the bragging rights...

.557 T-Rex...

The only person to shoot it without looking like a jackass was an American from Oregon I believe. I've shot A LOT of very large rounds, but that fugger is a monster.

Although I have to say... Now I reeeeeeally want to try that .905....

This is what that gun needs to be set up like to make it useful. After trying to sight in a 300 Weatherby Mag all day that had a worthless scope on it, that would not stay on sight because of the recoil I know how these guys are going to feel the next day.

I've had the opportunity to launch some lead from a Nitro...

It actually isn't that bad... I shot a Raging Bull with custom reloads that almost broke my wrist once... The longer barrel on the .600 REALLY helps, lol...

Kick back is amazing.

And these are pretty good size guys.

Guess this one would be too big for me to handle

Very interesting video, thank you for sharing.

According to my trainer, these guys are positioned correctly for this type of gun, thus the extreme kick back.

Amazing video though.

Thank you for sharing.

I would love to see someone shoot this rifle without the bench. I will put this one into the "those with the biggest toys" closet.

Me too! I also love pistols chambered for rifle calibers like the Thompson Contender. But it certainly is not as powerful as these toys.

No but thanks.
I do love my weaponry but 22 cal has been killing everything just fine for as far back as I can remember.
Plus, what would it cost to reload this damn thing???
You will measure the bullet in ounces yes plural not grains.

The powder will be measured in cups not grains.

And lastly, how do you find all of that brass to make just one case?
Or my top worst thought, what does a box of new factory rounds cost for this thing??

Really though, even with a muzzle break I'd have no interest in this shoulder mounter cannon.
Now maybe if it came with a set of wheels.
