There is a book called "Low intensity conflict and modern Technology"
and it's about electromagnetic Warfare against Human beings.

It is written by Lt Col David J. Dean USAF

and with a Foreword by Congressman NEWT GINGRICH

Makes you wonder how he is involved in HAARP etc.

I've found a link to a few pages of this book
www.scribd.com...

This video is one of series about HAARP on youtube.
at the 2:27 mark you can see this book and what it is about, too

What do you guys hink?

I can't wait to look through your links, but I had to say it....how could I NOT click on a thread with that title?????

There are some "non-lethal" applications of electromagnetic radiation under development. They all involve some sort of application of unpleasant physical sensations or incapacitation, sort of like a taser without the wires. There may be some in use but if so I don't see any particular reason that it would be secret. I didn't read the source in detail but I didn't see anything in there about the sort of work being done at HAARP. I don't really see any connection.

As to Holes in Heaven, no. It is nothing but nonsense from "Dr." Nick Begich.

Does Newt have anything to do with HAARP? No.

You would have to be smart to be involved with haarp.

Years before he became House Speaker, Newt Gingrich wrote the foreword to an official U.S. Air Force book that described how electromagnetic weapons can be used to subjugate U.S. citizens who oppose the policies of the Federal government.

I wouldn't call making someone itchy or putting them into convulsions "subjugation" exactly, but hey, it's Rense. HAARP can't do that anyway.
What's a psychotronic weapon?

Psychotronic would be something that stimulates/manipulates your brain.

Yeah, I know it's Rense, but I'm just hypothesizing here.

Here's Newt talking about electromagnetic pulse attacks by North Korea etc.

Well how does he want to 'stop' them?

A little more on your mentioning of this:

In 1986, Congressman Newt Gingrich, in a foreword for Low Intensity Conflict and Modern Technology, wrote that the United States had a long history of coping rather successfully with low intensity threats such as the Native Americans. The present Speaker of the House of Representatives pointed out that the U.S. systematically subdued low-intensity threats to America’s politics almost without debate or news coverage. In this Air Force document Capt. Paul E. Tyler, MC, USN, described the potential for use of the electromagnetic spectrum in low- intensity conflict.

"The potential applications of artificial electromagnetic fields are
wide-ranging and can be used in many military or quasi-military situations.
...Some of these potential uses include dealing with terrorist groups" (as
currently defined by the Clinton administration), "crowd control,
and...antipersonnel techniques in tactical warfare. In all cases, the
electromagnetic systems would be used to produce mild to severe
physiological disruption or perceptual distortion or disorientation"
(psychotronic weapons application).

Hmmmmm...or should I say hummmmmm? And this was 26 years ago. I wonder if the technology has progressed any?

I can't help but think of the phrase,"if they can they will."

Well I can’t help but think they are using it if people are actually voting for Newt. Its either that or the voting is completely rigged, or both.

Intresting read tho, thanks for the info!

There is no way to "stop" an EMP. He is talking about preventing an EMP attack produced by a nuclear device. He wanted to stop North Korea from developing such a capability. Hawk talk.

It's a phrase used by people who suffer from paranoid schizophrenia.

They are unable to believe that their other brain hemisphere/language area is producing unpleasant hallucinations without external malevolent forces.

Or it's a more colorful phrase for EMR Electromagnetic Radiation Weapons?
This stuff is new to me so I am learning as I dig, but found these links to be of interest.

Speculatively speaking I suppose, but what do you think of the info in those links? Fluff and shady "doctors"?
I ask with respect too, because I am trying to sort through the hype.

Thank you Phage, to the response below.
Still I am always curious about the what is not known about HAARP, but I likes a good mystery, whether fantasy or..... just yet to be revealed

Based on what is known about HAARP. No. HAARP is less capable of saturating your location with RF radiation than your local FM radio station is. The frequencies which the transmitter operates on do not approach those mentioned in the article which Newt prefaced (too bad that preface isn't easily available). Its antennas are aimed upward, it can affect a region more or less directly above Gakona. The ELF and VLF radiation which it can provoke in the ionosphere is of such low power (about the same as a light bulb) that it takes extremely sensitive instruments to detect. That radiation is not particularly steerable, it is guided by Earth's magnetic field to a single particular location (in the South Pacific, I believe). The ability for that radiation to be produced is very dependent upon the conditions in the ionosphere, sometimes it won't work.

Now, speculatively, with no evidence at all. Sure, HAARP can do anything anyone wants to claim it can. Including operating Newt Gingrich by remote control.

Hi Phage,

Like the John Lithgow avatar. Newbie here, just curious why you are the guru of all things stellar? My background is in electronics, but have always been open minded and curious, of the original star trek/apollo moon mission generation. Always willing to keep an open mind and learn from everyone
