From a business perspective this would be AWESOME!! It would make trade soooooooo much easier because you wouldn't have to deal with exchange rates changing every millisecond. It would definitely foster business development and would increase profitability of companies.

Of course investment banks would lose a revenue stream because you couldn't really trade currency pairs anymore, but it's not as if those banks create real economic value by trading in the first place...so they will just have to deal with it.

No matter what you think of the idea of a 1 world currency, it's a FACT (!!) that the dollar will lose its status as the world's reserve currency in the medium term. Russia's pushing for it, and so are China, Latin America, the EU, and the entire Middle East. The current crisis made it abundantly clear that having the world's reserve currency only in 1 currency (US$) is moronic...mostly because if that country messes up (like the US did), it drags down everyone with it. A basket of currencies is the future, and long term, a one world currency makes a lot of economic sense. Of course it's going to piss of some armchair patriots, but from a business perspective it makes sense, and would benefit the people overall.

If there will be a cashless society there will be just barter on the black market.

The USA won't allow this to occur easily. All remaining power will be brought to bear to fight the idea off.

It would be a disaster for US living standards in the short to medium term. Thats all that matters. Long term is not in the vocabulary of politicians.

They raped the constitution along with pretty much everything in their way for money and power at the expense of the majority. Pathetic excuse for humans, if they still really are!

Whatever comes out of the Rothschild's is exactly what we shouldn't do.

How so? If China's currency is brought up to the same value as the USA's then it would mean that China would lose it's competitive edge in manufacturing, as it is purely cost based. Large countries like the USA could generate massive amounts of cash from their internal economies this way. It would help pay off all those trillions in debt too.

Think about how the USA rose to power in the first place; by exploiting the riches of it's own natural resources in it's own country

This is the benign form of capitalism, using what you have got in your own backyard for the benefit of your own people and your own country.

International trade will always have it's place i.e Mineral ore to another country that doesn't have any of it's own, food to nations that need it, technological products that other nations cannot produce them. But why do we need cheaply made cars, books, home appliances, clothes etc etc when we are quite capable of making our own and keeping our own countries wealthy and the population employed.

I'm trying to argue in another forum about how the Rothschild banking is taking over, and spoke how one of the reasons for the Iraq war was to implement the Rothschild banking system, and because saddamm wanted to stop use of the dollar to trade oil... uhmmmm to be honest. i got interested on this site because i thought it would be a site that would have exclusive information and smart discussions. however it seems trying to catch a tail more than anything else.

there are discussions of people resigning in banks. was it the world bank or was it imf head resigning. kinda forgot who was who. but the latest news that should be tackled on that is who is the person being groomed to head it?

i heard some rumors who was supposedly replacing him. and that could affect the whole thing. I am seriously wondering if I am the only one who heard it. the person that is supposedly going to replace that head is not a male but a female. and that person is coming from the US. how come there was no topic on this one since this would definitely be a very very hot topic.

you guys do know that a one world currency is hard to do. countries would reject it because it will affect them. however there is another way that it can be done which is very dangerous.

example

let say i want to replace a currency of a country. one way it can be done is to turn that country currency obsolete.

like what happened in iraq. since there was a war. that countries currency become useless because they do not know what will happen to the currency and would definitely rather want something that they can exchange outside the country.

i believe there was only one set of paper trail that can be seen about that account which could have been easily faked.

personally i believed its a fake since there was something missing about it. all documents where only in the commercial bank level. even the cockROTCH guy hid his money differently most of his money are not on commercial level.
