Why is it that when I reach the very bottom of a long page the ^ ^ top ^ ^ button never works for me.

Is it because I'm using Firefox?

Looks like a Firefox issue. Chrome works, FF doesn't for me.

I'm sure SO can fix this in a jiff!

It's been that way for awhile. And it is a FF issue.

As a possible workaround, the Home button on your keyboard will take you to the top of the page every time.

You can also go down a little bit more and hit the "Recent Posts" link. That will bring you back up and refresh at the same time.

Seems to be a Firefox issue, I thought it just never worked!
Then I came here on my iPod and voila the top button worked!

I don't use IE or Chrome so I don't know!

FF issue.

Hit "Member" under any member's name and you will be at the top.

Cool! thanks for that tidbit.

I use FF at work, so that helps. The top button works on Safari for me at home.
