Cold Fusion Times is reporting today about a demonstration of cold fusion that took place at a short course on at MIT taught by Drs. Peter Hagelstein and Mitchell Swarz. The report states, ” This JET Energy NANOR(TM) demonstrated a significant energy gain greater than 10, much larger than the previous open demonstration. This exhibition is also remarkable because it proved the role of lattice in enabling CF/LANR activity. It followed Prof. Hagelstein sharing his breakthrough explanatory theory of cold fusion.”

January 30-31, 2012 - Cambridge, MA. - As part of the IAP Course on COLD FUSION at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Dr. Mitchell Swartz, JET Energy, and Prof. Peter Hagelstein demonstrated cold fusion openly for scientists and engineers. The demonstration was a two day part of the detailed, yet overview, seven day course run by Prof. Hagelstein and Dr. Swartz, and followed the first open demonstrations of cold fusion at MIT in 2003. This JET Energy NANOR(TM) demonstrated a significant energy gain greater than 10, much larger than the previous open demonstration. This exhibition is also remarkable because it confirmed the role of the nanoengineered lattice in enabling the CF/LANR activity. It followed Prof. Hagelstein sharing his breakthrough explanatory theory of cold fusion during the first 5 days. The NANOR technology of JET Energy may have already begun to shatter a few preconceived notions of skeptics and cold fusioneers.

Another interesting thing is their demonstration back in 2003 of the PLUSOR-system, which also successfully demonstrated the cold-fusion process, although only at a 2.5 times gain, 1/4th of the efficiency of the current NANOR system.

It is highly interesting that a proven test from MIT has been conducted, and released for public consumption.



The truth will be revealed this year folks! Its already happening!

Quite, but there has been a lot of suppression and ridicule for those who want to explore cold fusion, those who have information do not want to destroy their careers and names by studying or publishing or testing cold fusion, they are called 'whackjobs' or 'cooks' for example. We had cold fusion tech a long time ago, but was ridiculed and suppressed (via false documents), it was more 'profitible' to use hot fusion tech, keep us under the guise of an 'energy crisis', if cold fusion hadn't been put down, and now is a taboo, then we would have no need for power plants, or nuclear facilities. Everything could be self powered with cold fusion because of it can be scaled.

Its interesting to contemplate, because i completely believe that energy technology should be far better than it is now. Look at technology, it doubles every single year now and is only going to increase, so with better technology one would think that we could figure out a better power solution. Like the carb for older cars, one could modify one of those and get 200+ mpg. Why are we moving backwards (why do you think, profit). It allllll makes sense when all the pieces of the puzzle start falling together. Too many reports of being told to "be quite" about certain technologies or ideas, instant classified patents with certain patents (anti-grav, anything that 'defies physics', etc etc.). Sooo.. Why?

How about you look at the actual data and evidence provided instead of searching for an angle of attack the first thing you do? If you want more details than is provided, you can contact those involved you know. That is, if you have a genuine interest. That is usually a better way to deny ignorance than lazily looking for the first opportunity to cast doubt.

I though it was expressing some doubt about the test.

I myself think that cold fusion is possible.
