Seems he is a "highly respected" Mexican ufo journalitst. Many ufo sightings and indeed footage seem to originate from him.

They do not "originate" from him. He is a clearing house and thousands of videographers send him their videos because he is the best source for exposure. However, he is extremely gullible and presents everything even when it is obvious that he is presenting questionable material. If he would remain neutral and not endorse, his believeability would not suffer as much as it does.

But there is no reason why you can't view what he offers and make the judgement for yourself and not be swayed by others' opinions.
