In the middle of which crater? If you point it out, we can look at other Moon images to possibly determine what it is.

Many of those objects casting long shadows in the middle of craters are central uplift mountains -- mountains created right after the impact event that created the crater. sometimes the surface of the moon bounces back up after being impacted by an asteroid (bounces back due to it being hot and plastic due to the impact). The part of the moon that bounces back up can often cool and solidify as a mountain in the middle of the crater.

EDIT TO ADD:
Other objects seen in craters may be huge chunk of rock and boulders that fell back to the moon after being ejected due to an impact event.
