Whose decision should it be? I mean... the president is the top dog. The buck stops there. I think it's only right that he make the decision.Are you kidding me? What about a trial to decide whether or not that person is guilty of the accusations worthy of the death penalty! Obama is the "top dog", so he can kill whoever he wants because he says they're bad....wow.
Even if you trust Obama as much as you clearly do, everybody should understand that unconstitutional powers like these will be abused, and even the possibility that they might be abused is too much of a risk. That's the whole point of the Constitution, to restrain the government, but now Obama is acting completely outside of its boundaries and saying he can kill whoever he wants because he's the "top dog".
Is there anything Obama could do that would upset you? Is there any violation of the Constitution that would make you say "OK, now he's taking it too far!"
