Sarcasm Comp, 2012

After reading a lot of posts on this site, I have seen an amazing depth of wit and intelect, and am amazed at the quality and pure articulation of the many members.

I have also noticed that sarcasm is indeed alive and well alongside those who "get it"....

So come on all peoples, nations and tongues.. Who is best at the lowest form of wit?

Im sure you are ALL eager as I am to find out..

Winning anything on ATS is about as about as commendable as drowning puppies.

Doesn't take talent or wit to be funny, the truth is so absurd and ridiculous that it writes it's own material. Also considering that the majority of people are "turned off" by abrasive anger and lack of sense of humor, even in the face of horrible facts, reverse psychology seems to work best....

"Hey folks... I just had a heaping glassful of fluoridated tapwater, and I think George Bush should surprise everyone and jump into this next 2012 election! Yay for the fact that my vote counts!!"

Now telling people their tapwater is toxic or that their vote is meaningless has little to no effect at all on their beliefs, but force feed their own lunacy down their throats and they tend to see things a little clearer.

We have some incredibly talented, intelligent and reasonable candidates running for president in 2012.

Soon, we will have a real hover board, just like Back To The Future.

Actually, I think I know why they put him in the Presidential Race, to make Newt Gingrich look ever better! But damn, Newt's already sexy as #.

I think you need to get out more. Leave your computer and go and meet some REAL people. You'll find that the world is full of intelligent humorous people who spend endless hours making fun of Conspiracy Theorists that spend so much time on web sites just like this one.

A competition? Cool, I like competitions but what's the prize?

Better be something worthwhile otherwise no participation from me. I only join things if I get to win stuff like lesbian porn dvds where they use each other's bodies like Chinese finger traps or a hug from a grizzly bear (or Robin Williams as some people know him).
