Odd Orb Shape in Sat. view of Hurricane Ivan

Just past where six o'clock on the dial would be on the souther outskirt of the hurricane appears a somewhat strange white orb. I'm sure it's nothing but kinda interesting. Here is the photo link:

It is a sat shot link not computer generated. The orb is quite small on the southern fringe of the storm. Just E NE of the NE tip of the Yucatan Peninsula.

I looked at the picture and identified the location of the orb. It is not an orb. It is a small Cumulo Nimbus I believe, a 'thunderhead', a very high stack of water vapor that moves hundreds if not thousands of feet higher that the rest of the stormcloud layer. There are many more to the northeast of the storm and one big one next to the northern boundary of the eye too.
