Hello ATS

Let me introduce myself. I am an american male, in his late 20s. I have been visiting ATS for a little over a year now, and have been meaning to start an account for some time so I can post.

Why?

Because, as my name says, I am irritated. Not only with the state of things outside of this forum, but within it as well. Too often do I see posts started and replies made that are based on falsehoods, ignorance, and complete lies. I come here for news and information, as I am sure most of you do. Yet, I find it hard to do so at times just because of the complete and utter lack of research or bogus information posted.

My objective will not only be to post anything I find interesting to the members of ATS, but also do my best to put forth truths and eliminate ignorance in other posts.

We have a hard enough time knowing when we are told the truth, or being told all of the information in an unbiased perspective. I firmly believe that ATS should be free of that, but at times it feels worse.

So there you go... I am irritated.

Hi Irritated, and welcome to the Introductions Forum, a place to say hello to the ATS community. For now you can reply to any thread in any member forum you wish, as well as send & receive (PM's) Private Messages to Staff only for now.

Once you have achieved 20 posts, you will then be able to start your own threads in the appropriate forums and additionally send & receive messages to and from fellow ATS members.

I pretty much agree with you. Just because a site deals with alternative topics, does not mean that it should be full with half-truths and lies. Here's hoping you and I are able to clean it up a little.
