Strange Underlining on ATS thread??, page 1

not sure where else to put this so I picked "computer help"
although I don't need help, I'm wondering if I'm the only one to experience this or not

The Matrix Traveller recently made a post "The Internal Working Components of One type of UFO"

starting at this post near the bottom of the page, everything is underlined!!! EVERYTHING . . . signatures, date & time stamps, page numbers, member info, post count, etc . ..the last four posts on the page are like this but when I move on to the next page (pg 3) everything is OK

anyone else experiencing this ?

and here's a screenshot of the very last post on page 2, if I can manage it

Seeing how the OP tried to use HTML Syntax in the post title, I figure there was a underline-tag opened and not closed at some point.

ETA: It's gone for me at least. Try emptying your cache.

There are no lines on my pages. Only where you posted yours. Somehow I missed this posting.
Thanks for the repost.

Maybe the CIA is watching you and gathering information on knowdelge you gain and highlighted that page to alert other adgents your getting "too hip for the room"?
Errrrr Looking at classified info? If they remove it, it will create more interest?

The original post opens so many more questions more who design these machines then how they operate.

The science "looks logical" until I see Phages responce. He'll shred it.

Look at the bottom of this post: (Source)

The guy who posted didn't close the bb code correctly. He used the underline code like this: [u] Text [u] When he was supposed to end it with this: [/u]

So as It wasn't closed it just carries on and on and on an...

Edit: Here's a screenshot, notice there's no code closing the underlined text..

so in theory, I can do this by not closing my underline tag . . . . ?
shouldn't everyone see it, as this would be a problem with ATS? H1ght3chHippie claims he is no longer seeing it. . i'll try emptying my cache as he suggested and i intentionally left the underline closing tag off

ETA: success! it now looks as my first screenshot indicates, now to clear my cache

as for the original post, it is quite intriguing and seems plausible but I'm no engineer lol

to prevent it running throughout the thread, find the correct post, correct it and quote with and it should fix it.
