Let me explain something to you, since your Australian.The government only gives this type of document to what they call "depository libraries". These depository libraries hold US govt document for a certain period of time, per US law.

They are not for sale, So, in a million years, you will NEVER purchase one. Do you understand?

You are banging on about the USAF Academy chemistry course handbook. It has been discussed to death, here on ATS.

The term "chemtrails" used in that course guideline is a play on words....they keep it in there because it is funny!

But of course, gullible people think that it means something else.....it makes it all the more funny, that way!

So, did they post something that was wrong? This constant reference to members because they are here, rather than tackling what they say, is becoming tiresome and is a clear indication that the Chemtrailers actually have nothing to come back with.

I think some Americans sum it up as "epic fail" do they not?
