3-4 years later, after being strongly anti-Obama....I will be voting for him for a second term.

Obama has sent more troops to war than any President in recent history.

Can you support this claim? (Don't forget to subtract all the ones he brought home.)

He has gone back on every promise he made while campaining for President in 2007-2008.

I KNOW that's not true. Probably like your first statement. :shk:

Tis the season of Obama Lies.

Seriously? That's a surprise to me.

I'm glad to see people aren't voting the party line. The GOP gave up this year because they don't have any answers to the situation we're in. At least Obama's doing something and things are slowly turning around... Just like he said.

Good to see you, jam.

Oh it very definitely matters. Gingrich is a psychopath; Romney is an insane vulture capitalist. Whereas Obama is a sane and reasonable man who has worked wonders bringing the Country back after Bush's disastrous eight year frat party. Oh it matters alright. Vote Obama for sanity in 2012

I nominate the title of this thread for the Face-palm of the Year Award 2012.
Sitting on the front page in large bold print, just makes me cringe and scowl.

I know this poor misguided fellow isn't alone. Terrifying.

We'll see if you have that same tone about Obama if he is elected again and he keeps pushing his policies of control on the country and internet.

Obama has done so much for me already during his 3 years in office, I lost my job, benefits and over 50% of my income. 4 more years under Obama and I'll be living in the street

That would have happened regardless, after the Bush-hell years. I'm sorry you lost your job. A lot of people did. And it started before Obama got into office. But for the last 22 months, jobs have been growing, as a result of Obama's policies.

Here is the problem. We have to understand that there is a combination of Rule - the seen and the unseen, in this world, and in our Government. We would all like to see the unseen, and we should continue to fight for that. But Obama is as - or MORE - shrouded in mystery as any President in American history - and you know what I am saying - all of you. It is not LOGICAL to trust that someone who has doubtful credentials, multiple Social Security numbers, hidden grades and academic papers, friends who are AVOWED socialists and communists in his CABINET, to fix what ailes you. Many of you are very young, and many are European, who grew up with a very different paradigm than the American Story. Are we perfect - no - of course not. Can we 'go back' and give Geronimo his lands and peoples back, unfight the Mexican War, say we're sorry to Pocahontas - we can do none of these things. SO - to feel guilty about all of that is illogical and useless. What Liberty we CAN have, we have to fight for. Obama and his ilk have no interest in adding to our Liberties. He is, as all good political writing of the ages asserts, the son of his father - and in this case he is - Natural Born or not, the son of an anti-colonialist, anit European, anti-American, anti-Democratic Republic politico of Asian/African decent, with not one wit of loyalty to his supposed country of birth. Let me ask each and every one of you a question: Have ANY of you hidden your grades and papers? Do ANY of you have multiple Social Security numbers, none from numbers attatched to the state of your birth? Would ANY of you vote 'Present' if elected to your state legislatures, and not reveal your political intentions? Would any of you do any of these things and expect to be taken seriously? You see, dear friends, if you want to be an American, you have to THINK like an American. You have to be logical, and not emotional. You have to WANT to make your own way, WITHOUT expecting a guarantee of your wealth or wellbeing. You have to look at a man or woman and ask: is this person real and true, and if you have any doubt about it you have to be against them! We must never get into the trap of thinking that 'voting in our own interest' is the most honorable action. We all want mommy to take care of us, but if we are to be grown ups, we have to think differently and so distrust anyone who asserts that they WILL take care of us. This position should strike an intense and enduring distrust and fear in the logical person - as all ATS'ers assert they are! If it is too good to be true, then it probably is. The money is running out, because as you all know - at this point it's all keystrokes. The honorable man is not deceived by the panderer. He smells the trap and frustrates his enemy. The honorable man makes his way, and upends the world of the Utopian beast - for he is, and always is, a LIAR.

Why do you think so many people on ATS are pro-Ron Paul? Because he is neither party, even though he is registered "Republican" because third-party candidates never win. He is the only one who makes any sense, except for maybe his foreign policy, but that's the least of our problems right now.

Get your head out of your poop chute, man.

With a strong argument such as yours, I can't help but see the error in my ways. I am now convinced that I should vote Republican in the 2012 election.

How did he make you lose your job? Also how did he make you lose your benefits? Also he extended unemployment benefits about 4 times I think, so that most've not helped you either.

Wrong. Jobs have not been growing because of Obama's policies. If they are growing at all, they are growing DESPITE his policies. You can't count government jobs, either.

How much money do you make a year? And what state are from? Two key ingredients to why you should or shouldn't vote republican.

It is horrifying to see how retarded the general public is, and how they are falling for this Punch and Judy show.

Isn't it strange that the GOP cannot field any candidate that is even remotely qualified? Just a gang of incompetent crooks. Therefore, the entire herd of idiots will "vote" for the existing robot, because that is what TPTB want you to do.

And why are there so many people saying, "Ron Paul is the best candidate, but HE CAN'T WIN so I will vote for the Obamination." If all those people would actually VOTE for him he could win. But the TV tells you not to "waste your vote" on him. Because, even if he wins the election for real, Obama will still be proclaimed the "winner" no matter what. And then the fraud would become too evident. But Ron Paul is simply controlled opposition, to make those that are somewhat aware of the swindle think that they actually have some say in the matter.

No one can defeat King Obama. Resistance is futile. You will be Obamanated. Might as well vote for him anyway, the selection has already been made. That way you morons will think your vote means something.

You must've missed the part where the republican congress tried to pass the SOPA/PIPA, again get your head out of the sand that wasn't proposed by Obama, it was proposed by the right wing congress. So could you outline the other internet freedoms he's tryed to take away?

No but we are the minority here on this site, you may want to take a look at that. The majority here are for the GOP, an thats alarming unless you all are closet millionaires or something.
