Is this the ATS website or did I stumble into an Obama Hopey-Changey fan page?

First of all, you Obama supporters act as if your vote actually makes a difference? If you're true ATS followers, you would already know that the TPTB get their man in. Voting, freedom...it's all a big lie. Have you been sleeping?

Second of all, you are voting for the man who signed the NDAA into law. You know, that BILL THAT DETAINS AMERICANS WITHOUT A TRIAL...ALLOWS THE GOVERNMENT TO FORGO DUE PROCESS AND STEPS ON THE CONSTITUTION--AND OUR BILL OF RIGHTS----as if they didn't exist? Remember that bill? It was signed into law by OBAMA on New Year's Eve...while everyone was drinking or sleeping.

Do you not see that this man has furthered the NWO agenda by leaps and bounds?

AAArgh! I just don't understand people sometimes.

I just don't get it.

38 flags and this sobbing sad piece of forum trash is on the very front page of Abovetopsecret this morning? What has happened to this website? This guy has no clue what he is talking about and his basing is vote off his "emotions" and some foolish things like : I like my guberment money and my daughter...blah, blah, blah.

This made the top page at ATS huh? Time for me to find a new alternative news website. Pathetic.

I'v said this before and i'll say it again, i'm still dumb founded that in the year 2012 people are still conditioned and fall for the trap of only giving them selfs one of two choices Republican or Democrat, how the heck by now we don't have at least five or six legit parties with candidates who could win is beyond me.

For the record i voted for Obama in 2008 but i did the wrong thing sure i couldn't vote for Mcain but i should of just threw a vote to a independent even tho unfortunately it would be seen as a wasted vote because we are all conditioned to believe we only have two choices and so then we do.

If Ross Perot would of one the election years back we would have had a legit third party system by now and in the long run it would of been the best thing for us but of course TPTB had to run a psi-op on him to try and make him look crazy and of course alot of people believed it.

As far as who i want to vote for this year it's easy Ron Paul he basically is a Libertarian and falls in line with my third party stance as for the Social Security issue look i'm on Social Security Disability for having a messed up back but i'm not worried about what Ron Paul will do to SS if he gets in i'm sure he will just implement a better sysetm.

Ya know, when Obama got elected, even though I was a Ron Paul supporter, I cheered. I thought,

well, he's a black man, and he must certainly know the plight of the oppressed, he will get things
changed...

Well, here we are, several $trillions further in debt, and out of control president who sues state governments (AZ)
even though the constitution give the states the power, the worst oil disaster in history (and the worst handling of that disaster) some 90+ rounds of golf, a Chicago style mafia cabinet, undeclared wars, higher gas prices, lower dollar value, and on and on and on...

And once again, Ron Paul and his millions of supporters being called kooky, wacko, racist, fringe, etc....

I for one won't be accepting the status quo anymore. I can't, with good conscience, hand this to my children without a real good fight...

For now, the Revolution is peaceful. For now...

I would vote for Mickey Mouse over Obama. He is no leader, a socialist and he has done a great job ruining our country and partying up a storm at taxpayers' expense. Come election day I will vote for the American.

Don't Ron Paul supporters act like THEIR votes count too?

Aha, I smell hypocrisy and it's not pleasant!

Why bother voting at all? It's all a farce. If you want to participate in the BS that keeps the ignorant drooling and unaware, why make a big deal of it? Bragging rights for being simple? The fact that there are still so many like you is only contributing to the ills of the world, but what do you care? Go ahead and vote for Mickey Mouse for all I care, but don't kid yourself, US democracy has become a reality show to keep the simple folk distracted. It doesn't matter in the least who gets elected, it won't change a thing, the government is owned, all of it, on both sides of the bipartisan rhetoric.
It's past time to stop voting and start doing something, anything, that will help people to wake up from this dream of democracy, from this poor substitute. Either that or bow down to your corporate masters, and when your life is miserable, and you have to work twice as hard as a subsistence farmer just to survive, you can ask yourself what the advantage to living in a society is anyways.
We've based everything on the bottom line, we only compensate ambition, and only the most ambitious are successful. Now the insanely ambitious are in control of all our destinies and will decide how our societies are structured, and what the quality of life will be like for the rest of us. If you think this can be fixed by voting, I think you'll make a wonderful slave.

He is NOT a socialist.

Deny ignorance and read up on what a socialist actually supports. Calling him one is an insult to actual socialists.

Obama is a corporate stooge.

Are you a Ron Paul supporter?

I'm calling out all Paulbots, especially if they chime in with "your vote doesn't count!' and "this is stupid! wahhhhh!" because that is blatant hypocrisy.

David, David, David, .... buddy ....
... Obama? Really? You think he's less bad than Newt or Mitt? Seriously... they all suck ... so why not just 'not vote' like me? Protest that they all stink and don't vote for any of them. At least your conscience will be be clear as Obama continues to screw up ... (and he will).

Way to twist my words.

That still doesn't answer my question though.

Stop sniffing RP's shoes long enough to think.

Let's just say that we have RP as President with an undesirable VP. Well, you should know what happens unless that VP is also a geezer and Pelosi is the head of the Senate (theoretically, not literally!).

You see where I'm going?

Your logic is flawed, OP. He did not bring the troops home, George Bush put that in motion a year or more before he left office.

First, how about this.

Even if Ron Paul doesn't appear in the ballot, just WRITE HIS NAME IN LARGE BOLD LETTERS.

If enough people do this at least some people who count the ballots will speak up if the number of Americans voting for Ron exceeds the number of people voting for the other candidates.

Second, you have got to be kidding...

You are going to vote for the President that signed a bill for indefinite detention for any AMERICAN, and there has to be no real reason, and there would be no charges against such Americans?...

Obama sued over indefinite detention and torture of Americans act
...

Obama amended the NDAA with a signing statement on New Year's Eve, insisting that while the Act does indeed give him the power to detain his own citizens indefinitely without charge, that doesn’t mean he will do so. Specifically, Obama wrote that his administration “will not authorize the indefinite military detention without trial of American citizens.” Under another piece of legislation, however, the government is being granted the right to suspend citizenship of any American if the Enemy Expatriation Act joins the ranks of the NDAA as an atrocious act approved by the president.

“Once again, you just have to be accused of supporting hostilities which could be defined any way the government sees fit. Then the government can strip your citizenship and apply the indefinite detention section of the NDAA without the benefit of a trial,” journalist Stephen Foster Jr. wrote earlier this month of the Act.

You are going to vote for the President who signed into law H.R. 1388 in which he gives power to something Democrats call The CORPORATION over education and in this bill it is also explained that children, and adults must participate either as voluntaries or FORCED in some type of National Service?

Not to mention that it grants authority to THE CORPORATION to do a citizen electronic verification program, and allows the CORPORAITON to decide who is elegible for American jobs?

You are going to vote for the President who has put in office more globalists who want to give the U.S. to the UN or some other world organization?

You are going to vote for the President, and the administration which was caught making deals with Big Pharma?

If Obama comes up for a second term imo the mayority of Americans are the dumbest people on the planet... Those who didn't vote won't be exempted from the title simply because you didn't try to get him out of office.

Obama is not for the middle class, or the poor class, he is for the rich globalists.

You vote for Obama, and you vote for the rich globalists...

Directs the Corporation to plan pilot programs to: (1) better target and serve displaced workers; and (2) establish a centralized electronic citizenship verification system which would allow the Corporation to share employment eligibility information with the Department of Education.

It goes on to.

Eliminates the current Community-Based Learn and Serve programs.
..........
Establishes an Education Awards Only program authorizing the Corporation for National and Community Service (Corporation) to provide fixed-amount grants to programs that have approved national service positions, but no AmeriCorps funding.

capwiz.com...

We can read in bill H.R. 1388 things like.

SEC. 115. PARTICIPATION OF STUDENTS AND TEACHERS FROM PRIVATE SCHOOLS.

`(a) In General- To the extent consistent with the number of students in the State, Territory, or Indian tribe or in the school district of the local educational agency involved who are enrolled in private nonprofit elementary and secondary schools, such State, Territory, Indian tribe, or agency shall (after consultation with appropriate private school representatives) make provision--

`(1) for the inclusion of services and arrangements for the benefit of such students so as to allow for the equitable participation of such students in the programs implemented to carry out the objectives and provide the benefits described in this part; and

`(2) for the training of the teachers of such students so as to allow for the equitable participation of such teachers in the programs implemented to carry out the objectives and provide the benefits described in this part.

`(b) Waiver- If a State, Territory, Indian tribe, or local educational agency is prohibited by law from providing for the participation of students or teachers from private nonprofit schools as required by subsection (a), or if the Corporation determines that a State, Territory, Indian tribe, or local educational agency substantially fails or is unwilling to provide for such participation on an equitable basis, the Chief Executive Officer shall waive such requirements and shall arrange for the provision of services to such students and teachers. Such waivers shall be subject to the requirements of sections 9503 and 9504 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 7883 and 7884).

So you can't get out if you, and your children are in a tribe, or if you have enrolled your children in a private school...

And if you don't think that this will be REQUIRED, think again...

SEC. 1302. REQUIRED AND ELIGIBLE NATIONAL SERVICE PROGRAMS.

Section 122 is amended to read as follows:

`SEC. 122. NATIONAL SERVICE PROGRAMS ELIGIBLE FOR PROGRAM ASSISTANCE.

`(a) Required National Service Corps- The recipient of a grant under section 121(a) and each Federal agency operating or supporting a national service program under section 121(b) shall, directly or through grants or subgrants to other entities, carry out or support the following national service corps, as full- or part-time corps, including during the summer months, to address unmet educational, health, veteran, or environmental needs:

Even if Ron Paul is not allowed in the ballot WRITE HIS NAME ON BOLD LARGE LETTERS.

I am sure some people who are part of the counting process would speak up if they saw that a majority of Americans voted for Ron Paul.

Leftwingers are not going to change their minds, a majority of them will vote for Obama no matter what, but these same people bashed and blamed Bush for less things than Obama has done.

Patriot Act1 was bad, but not as bad as it is now and what the Obama administration have done including branding Americans who fear communism, want to retain the ability to own and bear arms, are returning veterans ect as "possible extremists/terrorists"...
