Well this is interesting.
The Egyptian Nuke
Egypt is preparing for an Israeli pre-emptive strike by conducting its largest military exercise since before the Arab Spring. The exercise, known
as Nasser-6, consisted of various units from Egypt’s air force, air defense, and army. The exercise focused on coordinating ground and air units and
defending the Sinai Peninsula.
Egypt’s nuclear program is also ramping up with four announced nuclear power plants.
Egypt to build several
nuclear energy plants
Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak on Monday announced plans to build several nuclear power plants, joining several Arab countries in the Middle
East that recently have broadcast their own atomic energy ambitions.
Egypt has conducted nuclear experiments on a very small scale for the past four decades, but they have not included the key process of uranium
enrichment, according to the IAEA.
Egypt having a nuclear program means they will be able to enrich uranium. Wouldn't even surprise me if Iran gave the technology to Egypt down the
line.

Who's in control of Egypt now?
Landslide for Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt election
A LEADING member of Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood is expected to be elected speaker of Egypt’s first freely elected parliament, set to be
inaugurated today.
Freedom and Justice won 235 of the 498 elected seats, 47 per cent, in the people’s assembly. This amounted to a stunning landslide for the
Brotherhood, a movement founded in 1938 that has survived by operating clinics, schools and welfare programmes for the poor and keeping a low
political profile, backing independent parliamentary candidates but not running any of its own until the post-uprising poll.
And the US funds Egypt with foreign aid :
The U.S. currently gives the Egyptian military one-point-three billion dollars a year in
foreign aid.
So with all this information, questions arise.
- Are the leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood really in control?
- Are the current leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood pro-nuclear weapon program? How long before they can set one up?
- War with Egypt down the line?
I guess we will see in the next couple of years.
