Pentagon/WTC Threads are complete pointfarms.
Everyone who starts one of these is guaranteed 10+ pages of crap that really hauls in the points.
Pointless too, i say we start burying the majority of em.

Whatever happened to the superthread that SO started?
I thought that ALL items related to 9/11 were to end up there.
Has anyone considered making these no-point posts in the future? Perhaps that will deter others from starting and repeating the same thing over and
over again?
One can only hope.....

My personal belief is that all these threads about 7WTC and the Pentagon need to be shut down.
I'm going to get bitched at for wanting to "censor dissenting views" and that sort of thing, but whatever. The fact is every one of them is the
same thing. Everyone posts the same accusations using the same 2 year old web content as their "authority" on the situation. I'm sorry, it
doesn't cut it. It doesn't fit into the purpose of this site and it doesn't contribute anything to us. A sticky (pinned) thread should be made
for each of those topics and all thoughts can go in there. None of them have anything new to say that hasn't been covered on ATS already anyways,
honestly, so why not append it to the existing thread. Make it sticky so no one complains they can't find it.

Maybe there should be a new forum specifically for "WTC/Pentagon Attack Theories" or something similar? It would make all the threads easier to
find. I know there's a search function, before anyone brings it up, but I mean... we had a Farenheit 9/11 forum for crying out loud, so why not one
for the specific events of 9/11?

Playing Devils Advocate Here:
Well If the Pentagon would release all the video tapes they confiscated right after it happened (without being edited), it may put an end to
speculation. You also have Eyewitnesses that did not see a Jumbo Jet go into the Pentagon. I saw a thread that pointed to a guy with a FOIA request
for the Names of the deceased, and not one of the Hi-jackers names were on it. Their is still missing time from the Parking Garage Video. There is no
damage to the lawn (where eyewitnesses said it "skidded" into the Pentagon. I'm sure there is alot more, but untill these can be put to rest, This
will go on forever.

Agreed
I was thinking of perhaps a domestic terrorism forum concerning 911/OKC and other attacks or threats on US soil and the other terrorism forum for
International events.

That separate forum may cut back on so many topics being brought back up as new topics for the umpteenth time.
The topic that Seekerof posted did a good job of compiling the existing threads but a separate forum may be better.
