Newt had only 1 ethics charge.
He actually had 84 ethics violation charges, and a very serious tax fraud charge: Newt copped a plea bargain and 83 of the charges were dropped and
the tax fraud charge went away.
He paid the fine.
Yes, he did. And he resigned.
My suggestion is that Pelosi knows the details of the 'plea bargain' that got him off those 83 other charges and the tax fraud charge in exchange
for the fine and the resignation.
By the way, you are not suggesting that Newt's ethics charge and fine is the equivalent to a parking ticket, are you? You aren't saying that someone
with such a background is qualified to be president, are you? I just want to be sure of your motives here, because it appears that you are trying to
minimize the offense in this way.

Please expand on that a bit? What witch hunt are you referring to? Or did you just misspeak and were referring to her remarks that have gave rise to
