This photo is from the summer of 2009. Location: downtown Riga, Latvia.
Looking through my photos of that trip on a whim tonight, I happened to notice a strange floating object in this particular image.

See for yourselves, and let me know what you think

It looks unidentified to me, thus being a UFO

If you look closely there is actually three of them!

This is amazing!

Clearest ufo pic I've seen by far.

Couldn't agree more. At least this one isn't fuzzy or blurry like all the other pics

Chadwickus - Since this thread is still gathering flags, I hope you don't mind my illustrating the point you (and others) have already made...

So, it's either:
(1) Streetlamps
(2) A very orderly invasion fleet...

Perhaps it's time for a thread on Occam's Razor?

Street lights.

It is held in place by wire going from one building to the next so in tern looks like a free floating object.

Debunked boom

The more charitable explanation is that some people are just having fun...

There you have a lamp suspended between streets. Admittedly it is a very Adamski saucer looking lamp but a lamp all the same.

Your camera is focussing the foreground so the cables are out of fucus rendering them invisible to the lens, them being so thin.
