My appologies, what am I looking at here?

It is a compilation of images from various Apollo 15 film magazines showing the exact same "mysterious objects" cropping up again and again. These mysterious objects are obviously hair and dust caught in the camera apparatus, which is why they appear on multiple frames. There is a detailed explanation of how the Apollo photographs were scanned here:

The moon landings were faked. We never went there. And when we did we found aliens, which is why we never went back. And when we returned on Apollo 18, 19, and 20 we found a crashed alien ship, which is visible in NASA photos because they are covering it up by erasing it from the photos.

Another study, I think by Cambridge, included a couple of questions for people to fill out along with the degree they believe in conspiracies. The majority of people that strongly believe in conspiracies also score high in the questions pertaining to whether they would perpetrate a conspiracy if they were on the inside of one. Quite telling, revealing conspiracy believers are also very disengeneous given the opportunity.

This is actually very relevant to the thread. In my experience, people who accuse others of "faking" evidence or "manipulating" images often fake evidence and manipulate images themselves.

Film flaws, dust, 'bits in the lens'- seems NASA didnt spend alot of time on the quality of their imaging and just sent the poor old astronauts up there with substandard cameras full of dust, old film stock and told them 'just take some snaps, its not important.'

Surely, the cameras were the best available of their time, constructed in dust free enviroments with the highest quality film available. Same would have gone for the developing process, as the results were scientific results, not just some holiday snaps! To write these images off as "oh well, must be some 'flaw' in the film" or "a bit of dust in the lens" would horrify the NASA image specialists and undermine all the care they put into their work.

I like Luna Cognita's work, and Im sure some of could be put down to 'space debris' or, lets call them 'anomalies', but I would be careful of discrediting the whole film with these claims.

I hold a Masters degree in Electronic Imaging, and I see little wrong with the way that most of this work has been presented (apart from the fact the format is a youtube movie, and therefore lo-res), so for anyone making sweeping statements, or qualifying their 'opinions' as 'facts' (ie, its definitely a hair!), I would like to see as much proof for images being debunked as 'nothing' as I would require for claims of 'something'.

Need I remind you that they were not shooting in the controlled environment of an Earthbound studio? Every time they changed magazines, they were exposing the inside of the camera to all the dust, hair, dead skin cells and miscellaneous detritus that was floating around the spacecraft. Since you have some experience with photography, you know how difficult it is to get everything right. Even then, flaws crop up. What would you do if an otherwise perfect shot had a blemish? You would airbrush it out. It has nothing to do with the quality of the camera, and no film stock is perfect.

Some things must be believed in order to be seen........ That is exceedingly true. Our minds block more than we realize.... I don't know the best way to explain it aside from offering you all a story regarding the Nina the pinta and the Santa Maria. A couple of hundred years ago European men found themselves on the shores of the new world. The brown skinned natives that were already living there largely had no clue that these ships had even shown up off of their home coast.

The chief, their wisest elder had walked to the coast the instant the ships had come into view. He stood there for a day and a night looking at the three ships not entirely understanding where they came from. A lengthy explanation I know, but in my own experience, it has proven true. We humans don't know the power our minds have over us. Sometimes blind faith is the best way to open your mind enough to ALLOW the eyes to see what is really there.

It seems you just can't see what you're looking at sometimes.
On topic, my first thought on seeing the 2 pictures posted was that maybe the objects that appeared to be floating above the moon's surface weren't floating in one spot but moving past it in close orbit. There are thousands of chunks of rock of all shapes and sizes out there, maybe this is all they are? Are there objects in orbit around the moon? I know it has a weaker gravitational pull compared to Earth. Or maybe they are asteroids?
These opinions are based solely on the 2 pictures in the OP, I haven't watched any videos yet.

We already have objects in space for pure "defensive" reasons. Space lasers, spy sats, god knows what tech we have up there....

All I know is that if/when China tries to conquer space, they'll get blasted out of orbit in a heart beat. The media will say "they experienced catastrohpic mechanical failure"

I cant believe people still think NASA (with its enormous budget) is still operating on 1960's style tech in 2012. Its no surprise to me they decommissioned the shuttle program. They have something faaarrr better.

Some of the 'anomalies' are dust in or on the lens, that's known when the same artifact pops up in separate shots, there is the possibilty of early space junk, or bits that fell off, (like the Chinese orbiter) but it's not all dirt and dust, or mirages, or 'known' but undefined natural phenomena, (I wonder what this known but undefined phenomena is/are) Those pictures often with the background altered, are just that, altered pictures, you make your own mind up as to why that was done, and while you may think that your take on it is the right one, any other opinion is just as valid. It was stupid to alter them in the first place, and takes away from their historic value, never mind all the controversy those actions have caused. Anything moving in the video is not easily identifiable, and you can shove into any category you like, some see spaceships, some see twisted metal and whatever.

I could not agree more, between the uk and the usa they have the tech to take out any target they desire probably undetected,there are thousands of so called satelites which been launched up there, but this tech wont be used for winning wars for example, its going to be used to capture the minds of the remaining people on the planet...... to create the final solution. Sure the technology could be used now to take out key targets everywhere for global domination but the original problem will still be there in the end.

What is this problem you ask..... the problem is religion , a world of radical mixed and somewhat fanatical beliefs of people so devout to their beliefs can never truely be controlled and the same problems will spring back within a few generations.

Imagine what human beings could be capable of if united under one banner and as much as i hate to say it one god........and i use that term loosely as what is a god i believe a creator of some sort could be called a god and no im am very not religous. As they say the sky is the limit but we will never reach our full potential in this messed up chaotic world of hate and mixed/false beliefs.

I think NASA is in a no-win situation sometimes. If they don't clean up their pictures, people will say "How can they show us such lousy pictures?". If they clean up their pictures, people will say "Obfuscation!".

Even creating panoramas from smaller images introduces noise into the final image. This was discussed recently in this thread: www.abovetopsecret.com...

Still, even if only 1% of the images are "real", then it's something we don't officially know about yet.

The above link also gets into scratches and hair on old photos around the 14:00 mark. But this video goes in depth as to where these so called scratches end up. Long video but worth the watch as it is another insight to our moon. A compilation of images on the back side of the moon that were covered up by Nasa. This shows tubes and connections to thousands of towers that are buildings made in a fashion that will totally make you think - WOW!

In my opinion, as I said, The "Moon" and "Space", is our last frontiers, in all sense, to growth: economic, social, spiritual, industrial.

But this mean a change in the "aim".

Something must change in opposite factions of TPTB and this change trigger internal conflict on a simple and

I have some questions for you all

1, Why do NASA now employ strange artefacts within their space based broadcasts such as snow and RGB distortion techniques of all NASA night time video footage that is shown to the public?

2, Why do NASA employ a 20 second delay from live feeds if there is nothing to see?

I understand the reason to stem from STS48 and all other nasa footage that got in to the public domain.

I think wee need to develop our own space program incorporating putting a satellite in to orbit with HD cams other scientific cams like infra red and ultraviolet.

A moon rover mission dropped on the darkside so we can put to bed the subject once and for all.

Until someone takes the initiative to develop an independant space program we will never know the truth because we are dealing with asses from NASA and any org with .gov on the end of their name can do one IMO.

I understand that anonymous are going to deploy their own satellite to get round the impending sensorship of the net. could be a good idea to ask them if we can add cameras to their kit list.
