Well, to be honest. The pic has no point of reference. It could be interstellar travelers or that monster that hides in the dark in my wardrobe at night grinning at me. What are you expecting? Not to be harsh, but I have no idea why I'm even posting....

Motion Blur? I thought the OP said he saw the trail of lights with his own eyes then took a picture?
Can't be motion blur unless the OP has shutter speed pupils too?

But to be honest, anything extraterrestrial would be perfectly geometrical. Higher mathematics and precision tooling made out of unknown perfect materials would not create a waving effect like shown.
I just don't think it is anything extraterrestrial.

I looked at the "evidence" first. I always look at evidence before relying on testimony. That is what is important...what has been captured.

If evidence does not match story....well...I go with evidence.

Can you explain what the picture shows?
