Hi, having just spent 20 minutes typing my introduction and losing all of it, unfortunately I only have the time to briefly outline my story.
I am a trained astronautical engineer.
I have served aboard warships of 5 different nations as a civilian adviser.
I have been a consultant with the big N.
I was there as the events unfolded of Jan 14 1994.(some of you understand)
I am the man behind the mirror.
I will try to help out and lead you in the right direction, but cannot reveal too much without my file landing downstairs on the desks in level 14.
Think of a train arriving at 11.30am instead of 1.00pm, this is how my information will flow to you.
I have seen and worked on some fantastical experiments, not all successful I might add.
To begin, I direct your attention to C.E.R.n. Try to think laterally on this one, and you may arrive ahead of the game.

So C.E.R.n. is a time travel experiment based on the spiritual theory that time doesn't exist at higher densities? And based on your OP, you are trying to get either a look ahead of time to see what's coming, or you are trying to send back data to the past to prevent things from happening, or you are trying to break through to "other" earths like fringe? That is what I get from the post.
