So what is ya'lls basic pasta recipe. flour to egg ratio? I see so many different one's online I never really can decide on one.

yes it is.

Its really amazing that u get such amazing taste with so few. But fair warning, it takes a while till you get the timing right.

a few seconds too long and they are charred.

Too short and they are still all soft and icky.
