Awesome ghost footage?

My friend shot this in his garage.I think its real,ive never known the guy to fake things like this without saying it was fake.
Anyways check it out.its interesting to say the least.

My suggestion is to go edit the Subject line of your post to put "awesome" in quotation marks. You know that it doesn't show anything interesting to anyone who doesn't know your friend, right?

You start our saying he has faked things like this before, but he's always told you it's faked.....

You even state you don't know if it's real.

Why am I supposed to believe this is not faked.....

Something like a shadow at top left gap in doors suggests a hoax to me !
Like its pulled with a wire by whoever is behind that door !

Are you insinutating he has faked things like this but said it was fake before?
If he has a reputation of faking things why trust him?

My theory: fishing line pulled by a live person hidden off screen

This just wreaks of fakery .. sorry .. Ghost waits for them to pop out and get quiet then messes with a chair that is framed up and knocks over the camera.. no long waits.. and suspiciously cheesy dialogue right before they leave.

If I had to guess?

Two people start recording, say some lines.. walk around and tug on a string to pull the chair, before tugging on another to topple the camera.. ( heard an odd twanging sound right as the camera went, as if a line went taut )

I just can't buy this.. we don't see any apparition.. just things moving and a lot of suspicious things leading up to it .. my skepty senses are tingling

Camera’s running…

“That was intense”
“Oh I know dude. I couldn’t believe we caught that. Hopefully we’ll catch some more though on camera. Let’s go and grab a drink”

END SCENE

So fake it’s not even funny.

occam's razor: string outside of garage and kids having fun, trying to get into film school at their local communtiy college.

1. No background as to why they are filming the garage.
2. The chair just jappens to be in the center of the field (yes I know it was a small space).
3. I believe in paranormal activity ( I have witnessed occurances first hand).

I am not righting this off as fake. I just think the post you presented it in is lacking. Give us more detail.

1.Who is this "friend" to you?
2.What part of the country?
3,Why would this place have an entity in it?

Too easy to debunk. A string pulled the chair to the side. A person standing behind the camera tilts it. Case closed.

I wouldn't say it was awesome... And like a few others have said already here... I'm pretty sure someone was pulling a fishing line from behind the scenes and made the chair move.

So...this thread is ready for the hoax bin. Considering the OP hasn't been back, and even stated he didn't know if it were real. He's probably texting his buddy who made it now.....

That is truthfully the most awesome footage that I have seen not just here on ATS, but anywhere on the whole world wide web. Why are some people saying it is a fake? The totally authentic dialogue at the start of the video confirms beyond doubt that this is an unquestionably capture of true paranormal activity.

1. why im not sure.
2. theirs always 3-4 chairs back there when i've been there.
1. hes been my best friend since 1st grade,i would believe him if he says its real.
2. we live in southern california
3.he's told me that there was 3 family that lived in the garage.one family in each room.

as for the shadow by the door.i don't see it.but i know that door doesn't open.its dug into the ground on the other side.
what i meant by saying fake is that he used to do films with his friends about ghost hunting and stuff,like paranormal activity.

i can see the weird conversation but i don't see why he would fake a 40 second video.

he said to this that a piece of the tin roofing had fallen off a shelf before they started the camera.and thats why they started filming
he claims there's also been more activity back there caught on camera but he lost his sd card.
