There are many issues that correlate with Boron in the environment making substantial differences in the human health and higher function of the mind
that go beyond the times of Jesus in Jerusalem. Few people know about the "Oracle of Delphi", who existed in Delphi, Greece, as the advisor on all
great decisions in Greece in the Old World times. The Oracle was female and she would sit in a pit and breath the vapors from volcanic linked
fissures that ran down deep into the Earth's strata. Some of the vapors were sweet smelling and involved ethylene releases, others involved the
releases of Boron emissions. These vents have long ago stopped working and the ideas for Oracles long ago abandoned. It is an interesting artifact
of ancient history involving the strange practice of sitting over a volcanic vent release point. Perhaps a like issue inspired Moses on his
"Mountain of Fire" in some fashion.

Boron enters the environment mainly from the weathering of boron-containing rocks, from seawater in the form of boric acid vapour and from volcanic
and other geothermal activity such as geothermal steam. Boron is also released, though to a lesser extent, from human activities.

A like issue is suspected in the story of Lourdes, France and the special healing waters there that contributed to the story of the "Song of
Bernadette". Perhaps these were some boron carbonates in the water, or the boron left the spring over time as it did the effects at Delphi. Turkey
has some of the richest Boron deposits in the world, and the Delphi Oracle area is geographically close, as is the Israel Jesus area.
Boron Carbonates of Coral Calcium are associated with Okinawa, Japan are associated with healing health effects. Blue-Green algae is also connected
with lots of boron absorption in old volcanic lake areas.
There is also a connection with the Italian area of Tuscany and the wine production there with Boron mineralization. Florence sits in the middle of
Tuscany and was the home to many of the greatest painters and sculptors of world history. Certainly, the wine and the food chain being higher in
boron helped the regions artistry and higher muse of the mind to flourish. Of recent, the Peru area has taken up grape production due to their boron
minerals making for high healthy grape production and importation to the US.

Origin and History
Just how long borax has been used by man is a question unlikely to be resolved. According to legend, Babylonians brought borax from the Far East more
than 4,000 years ago to be used by goldsmiths, and writings have frequently cited ancient Egyptians as using it in metallurgy, medicine, and
mummification, but none of this can be substantiated. The nitron baurak of the Greeks, the borith of the Hebrews, the baurack of the Arabians, the
boreck of the Persians, and the burack of the Turks might all appear to express the same substance, borate of soda (i.e., borax). However, there is
little evidence to show when or whether these names described the substance we now know as borax (Na2B4O7·10H2O). In fact, they are all
transliterations of the Arabic word meaning to "glitter" or "shine."
It seems probable that real borax was known to and used by craftsmen, scholars, and alchemists of the Islamic civilization before 800 CE, and it is
possible that Harun-al-Rashid's traders transported borate to China around that time; however, if so, its origin is unknown. It wasn't until the
Middle Ages that borax from Tibet was regularly imported into Europe. It was very expensive, and this limited it principally to the precious metal
trade. Goldsmiths used it as a soldering agent and in the refining of metals and assaying of ores. The quantities traded were small, its method of
production was secret, and its source remained a mystery until the second half of 18th century.

Borax is also used in the hydrolysis of casein to make milk paint. Casein acts as the binder for the pigments, and is a natural component of milk. It
is made by precipitation from milk with enzyme or acid, and is then reconverted into glutinous casein glue with the aid of an alkali, such as borax.
Casein is one of the first binders ever used by mankind. Casein can be painted on a variety of surfaces, including wood and plaster. Which ever
surface is used, it should be rigid as casein is too brittle to paint on flexible surfaces, such as canvas. Casein is also an emulsifier this allows
you to combine oil and water. Of the methods of making casein paint, borax casein is easier to use and better suitable as an artist-grade pigment
binder. It is used to make paint that is commonly known as casein tempera, but can also be used to make larger quantities of interior wall paint.

Boron in the food and water chain reverses just about everything that fluoride in the food and water chain causes. One of the prime indicators for
Pre-Skeletal Fluorosis effects from fluoride being too high is back problems due to spine bone spurs and thickening the bone enough to pinch nerves.
Flouoride tends to thicken the spine's bone and remove calcium from other bones in the body and makes them weaker and contributes to breaks. Thus,
the better ways to handle bone break risks is to be use of Vit D with boron supplements and to avoid all fluoride consumption.

Boron is a trace element which has an important influence on both calcium and magnesium metabolism. Boron is concentrated in the bone, spleen, and
thyroid indicating boron’s functions in bone metabolism and suggesting a potential role for boron in hormone metabolism. Boron is thought to be
useful to increase muscle mass; increase muscle strength; maintain bone density; improve calcium absorption; decrease body fat.
According to the USDA, boron is a trace mineral that helps bones develop and grow normally. Boron becomes especially important when there is not
enough vitamin D in the diet. Boron may also prevent arthritis in the elderly.
Research has shown that low boron diets have been associated with reduced testosterone levels and boron supplements have been shown to increase serum
levels of testosterone in postmenopausal women. This finding caused an increase in boron supplements targeting athletes and bodybuilders for boosting
testosterone levels, strength and muscle mass. However, specific research on athletes has not yet confirmed this association that boron alone will
boost testosterone.
Dietary Sources: Dried fruits, nuts, dark green leafy vegetables, applesauce, grape juice, and cooked dried beans and peas. Meat and fish are poor
dietary sources of boron. One mg of boron is found in 1.5 ounces of raisins or prunes; 2 ounces of almonds or peanuts; 4 ounces of red wine
Dosage: Daily needs for boron probably fall somewhere around 1 mg.
Side Effects: 1-10 mg per day is considered safe, but caution is warranted at higher intake levels as consumption of 50 mg or more may be linked to
toxicity, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, skin rashes, lethargy, and diarrhea.

Research Overview
A review of animal and human research on boron yielded the following information which points to a much more comprehensive view of boron.
Deficiency in boron has been shown to contribute to:
1. Abnormal embryo development
2. Decreased sperm count
3. Ovarian deterioration
4. Damage in reproductive function
5. Decrease in electrical activity in the brain
6. Sub optimal mineral metabolism
7. Poor manual dexterity
8. Impaired hand-eye coordination
Boron supplementation was found to:
1. Increase steroid hormone levels (testosterone) and therefore may be of interest to athletes
2. Increase bone growth and strength
3. Augment estrogen function and therefore may help prevent atherosclerosis
4. Improve brain function and cognitive functioning
5. Reduce HDL cholesterol
6. Affect thyroid hormone levels
7. Alleviate harmful effects of vitamin D, magnesium, and potassium deficiency in postmenopausal bone loss
8. Play a role in the prevention of osteoporosis
9. Be of benefit in the treatment of arthritis
10. Prevents calcium loss in postmenopausal women
Some information about Boron:
1. Dried prunes are a good source of boron
2. The bones of humans using boron supplement are harder to cut
3. Research indicates that areas of the world with highest intake of dietary boron have the lowest incidence of arthritis
4. Boron increased life span in animal studies
5. Boron works synergistically with calcium and magnesium
6. Boron balances vitamin D3 deficiency
7. Boron contributes to growth cartilage maturation

Thus, the healing story from the times of Jesus continues today and the helping hand of Jesus continues to do the same healing methods of the Essene
in those old times, but only for those that have taken the time to learn of the special hidden knowledge from the those ancient times.
