I registered simply to get in on this. First off, who is going to attack us on our own soil if we adopt Ron Pauls foreign policy? Iran? Anyone who knows anything about military knows Iran is a paper tiger and poses no threat to America. Could they do some harm to Israel if they built a nuke, of course. Do I think they would? Nope because it's speculated that Israel has their fair share of nukes to retaliate back with. Just because one insane guy says he would want to blow them off the map does not mean they would, the results for Iran would be catastrophic.

Well said sir, Mutually assured destruction. Does anyone within the chain of command responsible for deployment of nuclear weapons actually want to facilitate the assured destruction of their friends, family and countrymen? NOPE. Get real people!

Im to the point were ive about given up trying to explain to guys like the OP as to why he is wrong. The people who support his views evidently do not understand the word bankrupt.

They seem like little Johnny going into the department store with his mom so she can buy her and him some cheap shoes because she got laid off and is on unemployment.

Meanwhile Johnny is asking her to spend money on a $130 pair of Nikes because she got him some last year.. She trys to explain to him she cant do it now because her funds will not allow it because she got laid off and can no longer afford shoes like that. Instead of listening to her he throws a temper tantrum and rolls around on the floor. Mommy trys to use every logical viewpoint she can to explain to him why he can not get those expensive shoes this year. But he insists on not listening to reason and showing his ass..

This is basically the same situation we are dealing with here. You tell people the country is bankrupt we can no longer afford what we are doing and they will not listen.

I bet the people here who do not understand something simple like this are in debt up to their eyeballs and their credit is in shambles.

Complete nonsense!

I'm not even going to waste my time reading the rest of your OP.

All I read was ;

"I'm a self important bloated azzhole, so listen to me"

no thanks

Everyone on this site could easily copy these two quotes, and I'm sure the point would never get across.

Seems like some people just can't handle the fact that the U.S.S.A. has been overstepping it's boundaries for a long time now, and it's time a presidential candidate actually REALIZED this. If I was American, I'd sure as hell be trying to spread the word about Ron Paul. Nothing would stop me, in fact.

The op deserves all the blowback they're getting on this thread. Remember that you're talking to a bunch of awakened hearts and minds on this board. If the op is content to nestle himself in the warm comfort of the status quo then thats his right to do so. Real change is hard work. Those of us that support congressman Paul know that he is the only one capable of seeing the big picture. And the reason RP has stated before that 9/11 was a consequence of our foreign policy is because OSAMA BIN LADEN SAID IT WAS A CONSEQUENCE OF OUR FOREIGN POLICY. But then the OP would probly say, 'SEE! Paul supporters follow the teachings of osama bin laden and other terrorists.'
Its a big complicated world out there and the sooner we stop dealing in absolutes and contemplate the nuances, the sooner we move forward as a species. Vote Ron Paul or perish. That is the choice that faces us.

Well mrgregbusybee: searching for the truth: You still have a ways to go for the truth and I doubt you will see it because it's not convenient enough for you. We definitely should take more responsibilities for the attacks on 9/11. To say we didn't invite this kind of horror throughout the last twenty years is to say you don't know the real history of the Middle East and our involvement.

Cut off the Glenn Beck, Rush and cloned Rush (Hannity) and use your own cognitive skills for a change without being coached on how to think. Do you see any of these trash talking radio hosts running for president? No but they sure would like you to buy Gold from one of their sponsors and continuously blame Obama for everything. I don't support Obama but let's get real, he's only perpetuated what the last few presidents have started.

What is wrong with giving power back to the states and let each state decide individually whats right for the people? What's wrong with pulling out of foreign countries? If S. Korea can't take care of themselves after 50 years of showing them how then there is nothing more we can do. Are you implying we stay there forever? Just like our Gov. would like to do with Iraq and Afghanistan? Where is all of this money coming for mrgreg? You have a fat wallet you wanna share with the rest our Government so we can continue to do this? The rate we are going now we will be forced to pull out of these countries eventually so why not now?

So now Dr. Paul is anti-gay? Have you not heard the messages of the other candidates? Do they sound pro-gay to you?

Newt Gingrich for president? If you want to go and fight Iran then you need to enlist because this is where this runaway train is heading. I wish you warmongers would stop advocating for our young men and woman to die because of your mislead thinking.

You have proved that you do not know anything about Ron Paul's candidacy and you are listening to the wrong messages.

My best advice to you is cut off your TV and radio and think for yourself.

This bandwagon needs bigger tires to run through the b.s. that's being spewed.

I have served in Korea TWICE and I can tell you this;

South Korea does NOT need us there, we only have a small deterent force there, in Cp Casey we have what we call a speed bump, enough troops to keep the North back as long as we can so the South could mobilize their own forces.

The Republic of Korea troops are taking over Cp Casey soon so we DO NOT need to be there.

Israel does not really need us either, these guys are armed to the teeth.

OP, you need to wake up and smell the coffee and remember that there are PEOPLE fighting these wars, people like me, and we are sick of fighting for nothing...

Yeah, so much of what you wrote is wrong.

Bandwagon? It's not a bandwagon, it's a Revolution! Can you see how much impact Ron Paul has had since 2008 when he forced these issues? Ever hear of the Tea Party?

The election process is what it is. More than likely he won't get the nomination, but that isn't going to stop me from voting for him. I'm not a "whomever but Obama" person. I have values.

Seriously...you're bashing Ron Paul and yet giving props to that idiot Newt . You have got to be kidding me. Paul may not be perfect, but I'll take him over Newt any day.

Because your ignorant and not willing to entertain a different point of view, sounds almost Hitler'ish if you ask me. The poster put his feelings and thoughts into words whether you agree with him or not, and I believe if you think about what he pointed out he makes some very good points.

If you think one candidate is the savor you are no different than the Obama fainters of 2008...RP is not perfect nor the savor...blind obedience huh...shills...

Yes RP shills...

You are all out of your freakin minds if you think he can do even 5% of what he says...

must be nice to be high all day playing video games and looking at porn...

Actually we are different unlike most of Obamas supporters we have looked at his past voting record.. A thing called research my friend. Google is a useful tool.

No one views Ron Paul as a savoir they view him as a man who is honest, speaking the truth and wants to get America back to its glory days.

But feel free to stay in your MSM cult.

I could only read the first few paragraphs before I thought....."This guy doesn't know what he is talking about". I'm going to go back and read the rest and let you know how I feel. I have a feeling it's not going to be nice.
