is it interesting that the DOJ "jumps" to prosicute digital locker owners,
while not having enough staff and time to even "look" at the bankers,
and lets look at how much money is involved in these two issuies

a large estimate of 500 million dollars "lost" due to copywrite infringement, (mega upload)
VS
trillions of dollars worth of banking fraud and bailouts that were not in the public interst.

so justice must be done,
question is why are the copywrite coalition being given more money and time than the banker investigations by the DOJ

it is obvious that there would be alot more money involved with large scale finacial fraud than even the largest digital locker can caintain in pirated goods.

so why does copywrite get more money and time from the DOJ?
than banker induced fraud?

well you see copywrite is a vehicle to close down the exchange of free information as well as a means of protecting interlecual property.

so the DOJ is acually working on the behalf of the hollowood people,
while ignoring their duty to prosicute the banks.

this is called working in the private interest, while holding public office.

and it is illegal

I fully agree with you. Copyright infringement pales in comparison to what the banksters are pulling behind the scenes on their end.

There's a pretty big and obvious difference.

The DOJ was paid to prosecute copy right infringements.

The DOJ was paid not to prosecute bankers.

Political donations determine the politicians who in turn place the heads of agencies like the DOJ .. so the corporate master says don't look at the banks, the politician says ok, the DOJ being a good dog follows the commands.

Where were they when the bankers stole all the money? Where were they when the bailouts were given out? Doing the largest FBI bust ever.

To bad the corruption was being investigated in Puerto Rico from 2008 to 2010. That reminds of the saying "Ill give you a gaurd post in SIberia to get rid of you." Send all the FBI agents to Puerto Rico then rob the US blind.

im trying to figuar out if counterfeiting documents for foreclosure presedings is copyright fraud,
as im sure your aware most if not all documents used by govenments are copyright forms,
and to "knowingly" falsify one of these documents is a crime on many different levels,

so i ask if the crime of illegal copy right or piracy of "content"
OR
the falsafication of leagal documents used to knowingly falsely present them before a court or judge or advocate.

AND
what are the puishments involved?

piracy of content with get you endited on major crimes, loss of property, and incarseration
OR
banks falsafy present false information "knowingly" and still win in court and foreclose on the homes of americans.

so i ask the question,
which action thows people on to the street illegally?
and
which is more serious?

and do the crimes fit the punishment for the severity of the crimes?

does copying a movie make YOU a bigger CRIMINAL than the bankers?

ah a clear case of send the troops out of the fort a few days before a massive attack on the fort, that the troops protected.

in some circles this move is described as a miss direction,
it places all the pieces in the wrong place to see the acual con.

The simple explanation for why there were no prosecutions against the bankers is because they did nothing illegal.

Bankster-bought-out government has been deregulating the banking industry, through both conservative and liberal administrations for decades. When the house of cards finally fell down, it was discovered that the government had nothing to go on. Even reporting requirements had gone by the wayside so, even if there were any crimes committed, there was no longer any paper-trail for the prosecutors to follow.

To think, conservatives still rail against the meager requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley act which did nothing to stop the wholesale theft of the world's wealth by the bankster elite.

What happened should be illegal and should have resulted in the wholesale imprisonment of most of the banking and financial industry, unfortunately the banksters had lobbied to have all the regulations keeping them in check taken apart long ago.

Its a shame when we live in a country which makes most moral and ethical activities of the average Joe against the law while making even the most atrocious acts of the banksters and corporations perfectly legal.

dont you see there is something you can do,
corruption of public office is a serious crime,
and the deregulation has come about because of bribes.

the bankers have lied to congress,
and falsafyed documents given to inditments to congressional hearings.
they have coluded with some in public office to work in thier favour,
ie working in the private interest while in public office.

to claim there are no charges possable is FALSE

there is MORE THAN ENOUGHT EVIDENCE
to endite for further proof.

it is false that there is nothing that can be prosicuted,
people WANT you to beleive that lie so they can get away without prosicutions
