Couple settles lawsuit over embryo mix up.

New York Sept.13 2004. A couple whose embryo was mistakenly implanted into a unwitting surrogate mother settled a lawsuit Monday against the clinic Doctor who made the mistake.

Robert & Deborah Perry-Rogers accepted the undisclosed settlement before the case went to trial. The surrogate mother in this case is White, the Perry-Rogers are Black. When the surrogate mother gave birth to two boys, one white and one black the mistake was discovered.
