Info Wanted on Judge Michael Malihi, page

I am trying to find bio, history, etc on the judge who refused to let obama get by this time, on the natural born citizenship requirement, the one who ordered him to court next week. There seems to be very little info on him.

Here is what I know so far, his surname, Malihi, is middle eastern (ironic isn't it?), and several people online with that last name also have the first name of Baruch (ironic again isn't it?) His surname doesnt show in very many ancestry type of records, so I am guessing his family tree is fairly new to the US>

I found one case of Judge Malihi's that imporessed me. Some big developers wanted to put in high dollar homes along Ga's Marshlands, (in an area where whales have their babies) and he did his best to stop them, so he is environment friendly at least. Here's the link:

I thought that first myself , but when looking for "name origins", isnt hawaiian or polynesian.

I know his name is Michael M. Malihi, so I went to Huffington Post's site to check political campaigns.. here is a link to what I came up with...

If that is what the M in his name stands for he donated to Obama's campaign... I tried googling the "related to's" in the list and this was about all I found...which is odd...

perhaps you may find something by looking through the online yearbooks if available for the schools he attended? , MIGHT have info on what clubs he was in, maybe photos, a bio..worth a look see anyhow!! Good luck~~
