It's not a raciest thread at all. It's about the next election. It's political. If you don't like politics, then there's other threads.

You should lighten up just a tad, life is too short to not be able to laugh at it along the way. We cant be ALL serious ALL the time. Ive heard alot more ignorant things than that in my lifetime

It's not a lighthearted subject otherwise I would agree. This country's future and our current selection of GOP candidates have already been jaded enough (lies/downplaying/insulting/mis-info/blackout of Ron Paul anyone?) by the MSM and we see their biased BS hand-picked candidate everyday as it is. Sorry, I disagree.

To the OP who just tried to claim this is "politics" and not racism, try again. Obama may be a political figure but he has spawned racism like no other in history and this thread is proof of it. Get a brain.

So then out of all of the thousands of intellectual threads on the subject of the upcoming election(which I concur is not a light hearted subject) perhaps your energy would be better spent in those threads. Im not going to argue with you, in fact I am leaving this thread for good, but I will suggest again you lighten up, stress is bad for the heart

Not racist? Then why is race and age the only factor within the OP's original title/thread?

It seems to me, that if people are going to chose these two factors as determinate upon a vote, then we should really rethink the whole voting schematics of this country (ie institute an IQ test).

If you can't serve on a jury, because you're only concerned with race and age as determinants of character, then why the hell should you be able to vote? Seems like a viable argument if you ask me.

This is not a beauty contest. This is not a whose more hip and cool contest. This is not whose more commercially viable. THIS IS NOT AMERICAN IDOL:

I've been talking with a lot of Black people recently. It seems Obama isn't well liked much anymore by a majority of those who voted for him. He promised change after all, and all they see is corporations getting bailed out while the people suffer. Corporations getting tax breaks, while the people get pillaged. Black people see the real Obama for what he is.

Because he's not actually black. He's mostly white, with a good chunk of Arabic in him, and only actually has a little genuine African (aka black) blood. His father was from Kenya, but he was of a family that had mostly Arabic Kenyans as opposed to African Kenyans.

If he's anything, he's not African-American, but Arabic- American. And if we're talking about simple majority, he's white.

Of course Ron Paul can win!

"Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney and Rep. Ron Paul, R-Texas, run neck-and-neck with President Obama in a general-election matchup, according to a new CBS News poll released late on Monday that shows the two front-runners in Tuesday's New Hampshire GOP primary running stronger against the president than their fellow Republicans.

Obama's lead over Paul is just one point, 46 percent to 45 percent, as Paul leads among independents by 7 points."

www.nationaljournal.com...

Okay - you want to go down the race road lets do it!

Imo - take a look at a picture of Barack Obama Sr. & then take a look at our President...they look nothing alike.

en.wikipedia.org...

Now take a look at an Indonesian Obama look alike.

www.weirdasianews.com...

No mystery to me - Obama is not a black African he is Indonesian.

IMO - sorry if that's racist but I didn't bring it up.

Peace

I would say that people who share the OPs views are foolish, close-minded racists. But that doesn't change the fact that people with these views exist, and their vote is tallied the same as mine.

That being said the OP does bring a valid topic up for discussion as rediculous as it is.

Shun me for this if you want but I think racism was a key role in Obamas election.
Racism does go both ways. Think about how many African Americans blindly went to vote based only on the fact that a "young black man" had potential to be the first African American president. I'm on a smartphone so it's difficult to pull the exact figures to support this, but it is widely known that African Americans flocked to the polls to vote in Obama.

We are going to have to contend with this again in the upcoming election. I don't think it will be as big of an issue as the novelty has hopefully worn off.

Ron has bigger humps to get over first, and I pray that we see the point where our Old White Man is facing off with the Young Black Guy

G R G!!!

"I'm a Ron Paul supporter BUT"

Just stop at "BUT" & get the hell out of Dogde

Your a fake, phoney & a fraud...go vote for Obama/Romney - one guy wrote the Socialist Healthcare Law the other guy passed it. Whats the difference?

They should run as President & Vice President - not against each other...

Peace

Old guys can surprise you sometimes. Black or white it makes no difference.

What is funny is that I have been critical of every single president since JFK. But I was never called a racist for it until Obama became president.

Nothing like seeing an old troll account revived just to post one more troll thread. Paul must have all the sheeple and monied lobbyists shaking in their boots to attract this level of troll activity.

I will just go with this:
Obama is not black. Anyone that wants to argue this.... Well, his mom was white. If you look at his father's racial makeup, he wasn't black either. So Obama is less black than he is other races.

Obama is young when you compare him to Ron Paul, but he is also bought and paid for by TPTB, so who cares how old he is.

Ones things for sure. Obama wants Ron out of the race.

Obama knows he cannot beat Ron in a debate.
