Same here in Vancouver..
It's funny always seeing Americans crying about their gas prices, when we pay a hell of a lot more!

Colorado does seem to fare well when it comes to gas prices, yesterday I paid $2.87 a gallon. It has been trending down for some time now, if my memory serves me well.

I saw a recent news broadcast on gas prices in the USA. I'm curious to see what people have to say because I noticed the gas in my town is much more than they say. Here in good old New York, about 45 miles north of Manhattan, we are STILL paying 3.80 a gallon. The news broadcast said New York has the most expensive gas in the country, at 3.60 a gallon. I'd like to know where in New York you can get gas for 3.60 a gallon! The cheapest I can find is 3.75. If you are down south, out west, or even in another country, how much do you pay for a gallon of gas?

Which is cheap as hell compared to here in Europe.
Here in Norway for example it is $2.5 per liters and there is nearly 4 liters in a gallon.
You Americans really dont have much to complain about when it comes to gasoline prices. Your prices are lower than most of the world thanks to subsides, while here we are punished instead by all kinds of ridiculous taxes as well as taxes on taxes.
Here in Norway it even costs like $4000 even just to get the drivers license, which means that poor people like me wont be able to afford a car. We also have the highest car taxes and highest road taxes.

Meanwhile Americans still drive heavy cars with inefficient engines.

Paid £1.47 per litre of Diesel today, 3.79 litres in a gallon so it works out at around £5.57 for a US gallon. Convert that to US dollars and I actually paid $8.67/gallon.

Keep bragging about that $3/$4 dollars you're paying, it's not making any of us jealous, honest

Conversion from xe.com
1 GBP = 1.55711 USD
1 USD = 0.642214 GBP

South Central Alaska ranges from $3.60-4.12, regular that is. Fred Myers gas pump if your a member saves me $0.30-$0.60 on a gallon every other, other fill up, no FM gas pumped in my town, but Anchorage has many.

In the Bush, tundra, whathaveyou, smaller villages about anywhere from $8.00(cheap!) to $14.00, other AK members, correct me if I'm wrong, but its ballpark. Fuel has to be delivered by bush planes to most interior villages. in Barrow, AK, most northern tip of Alaska, it's $10

When I was working in Illiamna, AK it was 8 something two years ago, its 400 miles southwest of Anchorage.

Can I borrow some money for gas?

Oh yeah diesel is around $0.60 more a gallon, so $4.20-4.40 a gallon depending if you in or outside a town, Anchorage is the biggest city of maybe 300,000
