The real reason is not censorship, but keep the power in the hands of corporations.

This is the main reason for Soup, keep the money in the hands of who has and know you will eventually lose to the internet. It's a chance to end with Netflix, Grooveshark, Steam and that sort of thing just to keep their monopoly power. It minimize the chances of human technological evolution.

We are in the transition from technological singularity. That will generate technological socialism.

The Internet is just the beginning, shares free of charge and without copyright. Of course, in a capitalist system that is bad, some dogs will try to prevent raiventos. But it is inevitable. The system must fit the technology, not technology system.

Indeed. , but what allot of people fail to relise is that we do have the power to change the laws that regulates us. A wise man once said. That change starts with an idea

Next vote they will pay off google, reddit, youtube, etc to not support the blackout. With little or no attention it will pass. We are safe for now but there will be no mention of the bill coming up to vote several months from now.

No if enough people do this, it will work, at least for some representatives. I don't remember his name, but one guy who originally was for SOPA changed his mind after enough people contacted him and expressed their opposition. If enough people contact their Representatives, at least some of them will change their minds.

Indeed
I think you are correct in fact if you look at the list you will see that a ready to representatives have withdrawn their support. After seeing that that's kinda what gave me the idea in the first place to write I honestly think that it will work
