News Corp.’s British newspaper unit settled 36 lawsuits by phone-hacking victims including actor Jude Law, soccer player Ashley Cole and U.K. lawmakers, admitting as part of the deals that senior managers knew about the practice and tried to conceal it.(visit the link for the full news article)
