Many Internet Sites are *already* denied in USA (via AT&T)

Now here is somthing that I have noticed partially by accident. But I have confirmed it in December of 2011. Folks in the USA think that they have open internet at this point in time more or less. Well not exactly, you see it would appear that you are already censored in america. I travel frequent and far and noticed somthing you can check for yourself:

I have tried from multiple internet connections, but would like for folks to confirm or deny that this is actually the case. Or is it just a bad internet router in my current region? Funny how the sites seem all to be close the "line" of "controversial" or "free thinking"... hrmmm anyway please let us know if you are in USA and can or cannot reach these sites.

There are currently certain websites that are NOT available in (my region of) United States:
(used to be available but not through AT&T - what about your provider?)

These sites are inaccessable via AT&T internet from USA:

serials.ws
nowwatchtvlive.com
keygenguru.com
ebookee.org
www.os.be
www.crackhackforum.com...
allworldhyip.com...
magnetic-money.org...
--**>> www.ptshamrock.com... (google this if you don't know what it is. WHY this site? think about it.)

These sites are available virtually everywhere else on the planet EXCEPT for the USA. What the hell is going on, someone has ALREADY decided for our saftey or what.. this really makes my blood boil.

Are they doing it and hope that NO ONE WILL NOTICE? Just start censoring regardless and everyone is so distracted anyway they wont even notice?

You can see them with google's cache and also if you use a proxy like the Dutch one: rapidprivacy.com

There are other (better) ways to access any banned sites such as utilizing a Tor connection. If you want to have some fun and kill some time, check out "Deepnet".

I'd like to ask folks in USA to try these "banned" sites to confirm if this is nationwide, or only AT&T or ? I travel in and out of USA and noticed certain differences in other internet sites. For example isohunt is virtually unusable from USA but remains a vast resource outside USA. A google search of certain "questionable" digital files will show up in isohunt from an American search and direct you to the isohunt link, but clicking to get the torrent gives a nice "you are forbidden" message.

So anyway how many sites can YOU find that you can't get to? Usually a dead giveaway is when you see it in google and you can't access it; HOWEVER, the cache timestamp is very, very recent.

Anyway just thought i would let you know as I keep finding them more often now for sites I used to access.. and now with all this SOPA crap... well. you get the idea.. Ciao 4 now.. RDDS

magnetic-money.org...
Why have they blocked a website that seems to be about e-currencies?

Tell me if you can access bitcoin.org.

I'm in Florida so not sure if it can be regional. No idea how that works.

I do know I have Tor but it's not in use right now.

Do you get some sort of notice that tells you the website has been blocked or do you just get a blank white page?

I get a "unable to access network" (in chrome) or a cannot display page in ie.. It's the same as if I was not connected at all to the network..

No problems here. I'm in Kentucky and using Chrome. Very interesting that some aren't able to access these sites though. Wonder what's up with that!
