This is interesting, an Iranian shot who is in support of a regime change in Iran and was outspoken about women's rights and criticized the government. She was a very recognizable person, could this be the start of something? Could it be a message? Does it mean anything? or is it coincidence? it was definitely an intentional homicide and not a robbery or anything. it says its not related to her decent or activism:
Who knows? Although if it had nothing to do with her being an Iranian activist why such a big deal about it in the article. oh the media.

"It's not believed that she was targeted because of her ethnicity or because she was an activist," Houston Police Department spokesman Victor Senties told ABCNews.com. Police don't currently believe her death was related to her activism, but the death is mysterious. Bagherzadeh's cell phone and purse were still inside.
