Help with being locked out of profile.

My friend is a member of a social network site [not facebook] and some troll has run a script and locked him out of his account. The owners take ages, if ever, to reply. Any uber computer people on here with any ideas or help? I’m furious. PM me if you would rather.

Not at all I simply want help to get my buddies profile back to him.its not right and it even cost him.

make a new account.... anyone he can't remember who his friend was must not have been that important anyway

Without knowing the website in question, it's impossible to know.

You said it takes them ages to reply... that indicates they were contacted and replied... what was said?
