what was the crowd's response to RP right there?

Sounded like boos

From a crowd that's been cheering for Newt , Romney, and Santorum all night. What more would anyone expect.

All the booing is proof that our country is doomed for destruction. More and more of our people want blood. It sickens me.

Wow people in the crowd seem like psychopaths. They are booing Ron Paul because he wants to create a venue to where there is a peaceful and lawful resolution rather than smash grab and occupy.

OMG. They load up on Ron Paul and ask him tough questions, and then Gingrich comes in with some fairy tale about a thirteen year old named Andrew Jackson.

They are yelling and booing Paul for saying no war, and use the Golden Rule... don't bomb others if we don't want to be bombed...

... wow...

i'm almost so disgusted I want to turn this crap off.

Newt: Andrew Jackson had a very clear message about our enemies - kill them!
*Audience goes crazy cheering*
Ron Paul: We shouldn't piss them off and take a policy of non-intervention!
*Audience boos*

I have officially lost hope for America. Good night everyone.

He should be in a cabinet...

lol this audience is just pathetic, one second they're boo'ing, then the other, they're applauding the same basic premise, all within a ten second window.

No applause for ending the drug war? What is this, 1955?

No...this is the Carolinas, and god bless them...these people frighten me. I'm positive there are lovely people there, but I have to deal with them at work - or did, mainly from the North - and...well, JESUS is all I can say.

If we elect Romney, we get whatever we deserve.
End of story.

Love how they demagogue Paul's foreign policy as if it's pro-terrorist/anti-American. He got booed pretty bad, but had a little applause at the end. He was stumbling a bit and not sounding coherent, but I realize it's because he has to look for the right words to not offend this politically correct imbeciles.

Romney is such an Idiot. They are killing our soldiers because we are over their in their land!!

This crowd seems totally irrational. Ron Paul just said we need to stop starting wars and they boo him? Then they cheer for the BS that's spewing out of Newt's mouth? They are cheering for him before he even speaks. Seems fishy to me.

HA...Romney is trying to save Ron Paul AGAIN. He could have piled on Paul...but he gave him an endorsement and an out of his horrible answers.

Romney doesn't have to do this...I wonder what his angle is.

Like I said, Romney is Ron Paul's only friend on that stage...and that includes the moderators.

The audience is very stacked tonight.

Wow, they are booing Paul even.

Thunderous applause for Newt.... this does NOT represent a normal spread according to polls.

This is what Republican voters believe in.

And he is getting boo'd very loudly now....he is hanging himself right here, right now.

I know, and I can't believe they were Boo-ing him for not wanting to go invade other countries.

I am ashamed of my state!!!
Also, now they are cheering Romney for saying basically the same thing. Duh, audience!
