LadyTron: Terrific or Twaddle?

I love electronic music and I am always on the lookout for something new to listen to. So far, I would say that Kraftwerk, Neu! And Daf are my favourite groups. With Devo, Grandaddy and Plone following on soon after.

Then there is LadyTron. They have me confused. Are they for real? Is their music too arch? Check these song titles and turn on your pretentious o metre.

Are they too self aware and having some fun with pedantic lovers of electronic music? Or, worse, do they mean this? Google them and wonder how they keep a straight face. I gave my LadyTron cd to a charity shop.

I do not really know what kind of feeling I got from LadyTron.

I prefer this kind of electronic music. If I have to listen to it

Yes, I agree with that. They leave you wondering,but not in a way that satisfies you musically or nourishes you.

Yes something seems to be missing.
I do appreciate all musicians for the effort they put in in the making of music, but that does not mean I like it.

They come across as 'packaged for the masses' type of electronic music...

...Its twaddle, but the one girl in it is hot.
