The Omniverse

Synopsis

The Omniverse concept has been notioned by many philosophical writers and fringe theorists alike, whom contend with string theory, as well as the esoteric science's of modern mystics from the last century. There are also some aspects mentioned throughout the various ancient Hindu scriptures. This synopsis will extrapolate upon the wickipedia entry on the subject thereby setting the context for the following alternate interpretation.

The Omniverse is the cosmology of which centres upon the notion of an all encompassing hyper-dimensional hub, by which all possible universes with all possible laws of physics occur. In the physical context, the limitation of the definition "universe" is that it only has one set of "physical laws and constants that govern it, whereas the Omniverse is expanded to include multiple sets of physical laws and constants, each expressed as a wholly or partially separate universe. The later being universes which overlap into one another, like two TV channels being played simultaneously on the same TV, of which broadcast the exact same show, except each show has the potential to diverge into alternate possibilities of expression.

this is basically the same as the view described in the Ra Material, the only term that is missing from your description is "planes".

In the Ra Material the different "planes" or "densities" of being are where consciousness experiences these different sets of physical laws and such.

Ra says that us humans are in 3rd density right now. and some of us are able to graduate into 4th & 5th density very soon. there will be some people who remain in 3rd density because they have not raised their vibration enough (they are living in a fear-based perception, with a materialistic world-view & little-to-no empathy for the plight of fellow humans).

Ra also says that the beings who exist in these higher densities are also people who have "died" in the physical. They are the "spirit world". This spirit world is analogous to our physical world as our space/time is to time/space.

instead of 3 dimensions of space and 1 of time, the higher densities and the spirit world operate in 3 dimensions of time and 1 of space.

this space/time time/space relationship can be described as reciprocal.

this physical theory is also completely concurrent with the works of physicist Dewey B. Larson and his Reciprocal System Theory.

his theory is the best "grand unified field theory" that i've ever seen. it provides the nuts and bolts of the physics behind all of the "paranormal" phenomenon you can possibly think of. Dewey Larson's physics + the beautiful universal design described in the Ra Material = the best description of the universe i've personally found.

Have you looked into the holographic universe theory? that IMO is the best hands down interpretation of consciousness and the universe. matter is consciousness.

yeah i've heard of it, actually I have the book by michael talbot on my desk now, just haven't gotten around to reading it yet

IMO the holographic universe theory sounds the same as the "fractal" universe theory.

in which case the Ra Material still holds true. Ra describes a system of "octaves" which consist of 8 different "planes" / dimensions for each "octave". Ra says that so far as they can tell, the entire universe is made up of these building blocks (octaves) and that the octave/plane system repeats itself on EVERY scale. this is the epitome of a fractal universe.

Ra also describes that our observable universe (physically AND metaphysically observable universe) is only part of 1 octave, and Ra openly states that they don't know what comes after the 8th plane, and thus what is contained in the next Octave of being.
